Hi Team, Society/Appartment Management Eg. Building A, 40-+ Room/Flat Owners, 1+ Committee Staff, Monthly Room Maintenance Charges(Room+Lift+Security Guard+CCTV Camera maintenance charges included) from Room/Flat owners to Society (For Building Maintenance purpose)
Use for Room Owner - 1.Room/Flat owner can view monthly bill and pay by offline/online, If pending bill then penalty for late payment 2. Billing History
Uses for Society Committee Staff of that building - 1 or 2 staff person can add,view,edit billing for Flat owners.
— And higher privileges for admin.
