hellow if i buy this software ,do you give me an exe file or a link with one user lisense of multiple user ?

When you buy ,you get a zip files contains the software file, all you need is just run the exe file, and you get also your lifetime license key that can be used in max 3 pcs, the tool is like you have many browsers, you can do what you want
lastly i see exe file ,doe this mean it does not support mac OS ?

yes you can add and remove accounts from same website,no problem, you can open many whatsapp,facebook,ig…. accounts in same time
