Hi I bought this slider a few years ago and am only trying to use it now. The main problem seems to be that the thumbnails below the slider do not show the whole image, just eg, a tiny part of the sky. Is this normal, is there not a way to show the whole image in the thumbnail? Also is there a more detailed help section on the text available as I just want static text centered on a slide there seems no info in the help section, ? Thank You Melanie

how to resize only the width but heights remain fixed?

I am using your classicFullWidth banner rotator, but the controls don’t seem to be working, and the slides aren’t rotating. I looked through the help file but didn’t see anything. In the console it is generating lots of “allinone_bannerRotator.js?ver=3.6.1.0:26 Uncaught TypeError: a.animate is not a function at allinone_bannerRotator.js?ver=3.6.1.0:26” Would you be able to point me in the right direction? I want to increase the height of slider as my images are vertical in portrait but when I pass height parameter it whole slider goes down leaving a space from top instead of increasing height of the images. Below is the code I am initializing with.
