I purchased your plugin at Envato and I am having problems with it already. This is the second time it has happened, when I am making a new gallery page it takes a long time to save and when it finally finishes it creates 3000 draft pages with the same name. The first time with the “Kadence” theme I had to delete the site, since I couldn’t manually delete the 3000 pages and changed the theme to “Blocksy” thinking it was the theme’s problem. Unfortunately, it happened again with the new theme and this time it created 52000 pages. I would like your help to solve this problem as soon as possible, and if there is a solution to delete the 52000 pages from the “Hostinger” server since it is impossible to delete manually.

Does this plugin work with media only? or can be fed from Google photo?

Hello- can you tell me how to fix this please. When adding new galleries, it’s creating permalinks as such: domain.com/mygallery/pagename and thus it is not working. I would like to remove “mygallery” from the default URL otherwise I am ending up with Error 404 not found. thanks.

Hi. Just bought the plugin, and it doesn’t work. Tried using shortcode in both Elementor as well as on a Wordpress page built without Elementor, and it causes a critical error on the page both times.
The shortcode I used was: [myg_album_gallery id=”xxx”, layout=”album” image_number=”10”]
Can you please help? Otherwise I would like a refund.

Thanks. But doesn’t there need to be an id in the shortcode identifying which album to display?
for gallery you need id but for album you dont need it. please go to the demo site. I have added all the shortcode in each gallery and album sample page.
I already went through everything step by step a few times. I got the shortcode from the demo page. Now tried it in a staging environment so I could deactivate all my other plugins. Still not working. I can give you access to the Staging via PN. Should I send an email to your info@ email? thanks

The background becomes a solid color and appears on it photos. Can I make the background transparent or display photos within a page of the theme?

Does your plugin supports video format same as images?
