Hello there. Thank you for your purchase. Please make sure that you have a value greater than 0 at Cookie settings – Cookie valabilty hours, in the plugin settings Page from your Wordpress admin. This value represent the number of hours that the plugin remember the choice.

You are right. There seems to be a permission error. The file that should set the cookie gives a 403 error. I think that you have some settings that not permit the direct access of plugin files, neither via ajax. So, I will make an update ASAP, to switch this communication via admin-ajax.php main file.
