the codes for the license it has do not work, it gave me an error and I put new codes and now on my page, while it works it does not protect me and it passes it when someone registers with his email and does not need to check it. It doesn’t protect me. What is the problem; will you give me other codes or is the upgrade you need a setup. Thanks

I’ve just bought this module but an error occur: the error displayed is “ERREUR pour le propriétaire du site : Domaine non valide pour la clé de site” The public and secret key were already filled. What to do? Thx by advance

Hi, There is 1 issue: It works on a contact form fine: https://dev.healthcaresupplies.store/contact-us It works on login form: https://dev.healthcaresupplies.store/login?back=my-account

But it is not displayed on a register form: https://dev.healthcaresupplies.store/login?create_account=1

Where it is the most needed as after registering confirmation emails get sent to new users. And the issue is that is does NOT let registration through. Even if I disable it in settings (put Register form to No). The only solution is to disable the whole module. Can you please advise?

HiRecently got your reCaptcha plugin for prestashp but its showing an error on the Instant Checkout page if some one either does a Guest Checkout or tries to login as a customer on the checkout page. ‘There is 1 Error(s):Invalid recaptcha’ The captcha works fine on the sign in and register forms separate to this.   https://www.oilandmore.co.uk/quick-order

I checked the keys were ok at the google account and it had this message: We detected that your site is verifying reCAPTCHA passed solutions less than 50% of the time. This could indicate a problem with your integration with reCAPTCHA. Please see our developer site for more information.

Hello, the module download does not work. I get an error message “This file doesn’t seem to be a valid module.zip file.” Nevertheless I was able to download a zip inside the type file and the download could do so. Unfortunately the module does not work. The configuration has been done but the chat does not work.

Hi, i have just bougth this module from Envato, but after uploading it (using New Module -> Upload Zip) and system saying the upload was correct, it doesn´t get listed to activate.

I have tried searching by google, recaptcha, spam…but nothing. Is there any problem about this? How do i activate the module?

i just purchased your module and i have a problem.

Captcha is giving error on one-page checkout, if you have to create a new account. it says “invalid recaptcha” when creating the account only in the one-page checkout.

If the client is already logged, or created an account beforehand, everything works. but if not, new account creation in one page checkout won’t work because of the captcha error.

Can you please check?

Hi I purchased you google recaptch module at the weekend and have it installed….. but now when every guest checkout does the recaptcha we get a tick in the recaptcha box but we also get an error saying invalid recaptcha and can not create an account or place any orders…. can you help?
