Hi, I have purchased the plugin Reply back option for ACF7DB.

I have issue with HTML emails. Even though I select HTML checkbox, reply emails are sending in TEXT format. Please could you let me know how to fix it?

Plugin not work.
After activating the plugin and going to Advanced CF7 DB and selecting forms and then clicking REPLAY. A window opens in the page and the window spins all the time loading something. Message cannot be sent.

Thanks for using our plugin.
It depends upon the contact form fields, if you have both fields, then they will get auto populated.
Currently our plugin is meant to reply back to one to one entry, the plugin does not have such functionality to set an email reply back template default. We will look into your request and update it in our plugin enhancement.

Thanks for contacting us. As per your comment, it won’t be the case. It will be only for the specific fields such as ‘email’ and ‘subject’, that will be prefilled. For the other fields it won’t be available in the message body.

Thank you for this great extension. Although the feature is basically good, we miss one crucial thing: a history of the status! Currently you do not know if you have already answered. Also, it gets tricky when different people use the CMS, because unfortunately you can not tell if someone has already responded. Could you please optimize that? Maybe a check mark, maybe a color – I’m confident you’ll find a good solution!

How do I reply in bulk?! this only works for each registered email, not bulk messaging.

Providing the bulk option is not the functionality that we had initially intended to make the plugin to be worked. currently, our plugin is working for the Users(administrator) to reply back to their contacted users.
But your suggestion is great. we will need to review the overall market requirements. so, we will keep your suggestion with us and think on it whether to be merged in the plugin or not.
