আপনাদের এই প্রসেস টা অনেক জটিল। এতে কাষ্টমার বিরক্ত হওয়া বা হারানোর চান্স বেশি । এটা কে আরও ইজি মেথড এ করা উচিৎ বলে আমি মনে করি । আপনারা চাইলে সেটিং এ দুই অপশন রাখতে পারেন একবার রিকুয়েস্ট করবে ম পরে সেটা একসেপ্ট হলে পেমেন্ট প্রুফ দিবে সেটা একসেপ্ট হলে এড্রেস সিলেক্ট করবে এটা অনেক জটিল ।

Good day, you are doing a great job. However, please note the following:
Pre-Order is currently having little issue after your last update.
It doesn’t go beyond this page “Pre-payment & Confirmation” page. after you upload proof of payment, you discover the “Reference No.” is not working like you can not type anything in it and you cant complete the payment.
Suggestion: Please make it possible so that buyers can pay using the following payment system.
1) offline payment 2) Online payment 3) Wallet Payment
Also, allow admin, seller and user to receive email notification whenever there is an update on orders and payment for the preorder system.

Can this preorder addon used with old active ecommerce v6 without breaking because we cannot upgrade to active ecommerce v10 and we have to stay with v6 but need preorder addon to work?

For update its not possible v6 to v10 directly. we need to install fresh v10 and then import all products, pages, etc. it requires alot time. is their any update to update from v6 to v10 automatic without losing product, order, pages, all data ?

We are using script without this addon v6 version. in script v10 we found preorder so we cannot update our website verion 6 to 10 because of preorder. so my question was can i purchase preorder addon to make work for script v6 version without breaking preorder feature will work?

The automated normal installer for pre order addon will not work but by inside code customization it can be added.

For these reasons, using the same purchase code for all products is neither technically possible nor authorized by the marketplace.

Hello, I paid for this product. I’m satisfied with your efforts and the regular updates, but I have a small problem: When a customer tries to place a pre-order, the system doesn’t display the payment methods. Why?
For example, if an order costs $500, the user should normally pay $250 as a deposit before their order is processed!
I configured the payment methods, but the Preorder add-on doesn’t request prepayment!
Thanks for your positive appreciation. For pre order on each stage customer will pay as their own way and as a proof they will attach the payment slip. This is the system of the pre order system. You can check the system once again properly.

I figured out the problem already. you get such error if you don’t select brand. I think you should work on that because for pre order not every product have fixed brand as so.e products are new

When I create a pre-order post and try to submit it, I get this error: “Something went wrong! Sorry for the inconvenience, but we’re working on it. Error code: 500.” My customers also see the same error when they try to place an order—they are unable to complete their orders. when we try to edit pre-order product then we faching same issue. please help me
Did you maintain the proper rules of installation of thi addon and did you configure the addon according to proper documentation. We already provide a proper documentation for better understanding.

I am currently facing an issue with the Preorder Addon. I am unable to add any new products for preorder, and when I try to edit an existing preorder product, it does not work either. I have attached a video demonstrating the problem.
Here are the details:
I purchased the Preorder Addon on 30th April 2025.
My Active eCommerce CMS was purchased on 29th August 2024.
Now, the preorder feature is not functioning as expected.

There is only date option showing and there is no specific time option for preorder, will it come in future update
