Hey, it says I need activation code – but I downloaded it on Envato Elements. How can I activate the plugin?
Since today, I get the following output when I open the plugin in the WordPress Backend:
Oops, something went wrong An error occurred during your request process. Please, try again.
I activated my license but under the support section i see this: “Your support has expired on 1.1.1970. Please renew support to get help.”
Any idea?

We’re so sorry that this issue has come up for you. To fix it, please try to reinstall your plugin first. The Oops error comes up when the plugin’s database was processed incorrectly during plugin installation or update. Reinstallation usually helps. If it doesn’t work for you, please also make sure that your Firewall doesn’t block our plugin’s request. If it’s the reason for the issue, you need to add our plugin’s request to exceptions.

I’ve installed the plugin, created a widget, added it to a page, but after publishing it, the widget would show when loading it, but when checking the source code or running it through the schema validator it wouldn’t detect any compliant schema code, nor the text itself.
All the questions and answers are scrambled and not clear text in the source code, plus it doesn’t validate any of it via Google schema validator. This makes this plugin unusable.

This is not a support issue. Your product is putting all the questions and answers into a js string, instead of showing it plain text in the source code. It’s not search engine optimized, plus it doesn’t validate. Please refund the product.

Hi, great looking plugin which appears to do almost everything I need. Just a couple of pre-sales questions though
1. does the plugin provide it’s own customisable main page (all faqs) and an customisable archive page to display faqs? i.e. the user clicks a link to open a category of faqs? 2. is is WMPL compatible?
