Hi, Thank you for your purchase. Do you currently use any Wordpress firewall plugin like Wordfence that blocks the XMLHttpRequest requests of the gallery?

If you’re in hurry simply disable Wordfence while using the gallery admin backend. For more completed work around you can whitelist the ajax url that has been blocked by Wordfence.I will install Wordfence later to provide you more detailed instructions.
In Wordfence – Firewall – Manage Firewall, make sure this url is declared in AllowListed URL, like this:

The rotating behaviour is based on mouse position. Do you mean to completely disregard the mouse position and force the sphere to rotate in one direction only?

Hi, I just bought the 3d sphere… is very nice, but I dont understand how can I change the background to withe ot to make it transparent… I tried using the Style window, but nothing… In your instructions, you say this:

I have some questions… for mobile, what would be better settings (or are settings specific for mobile?). On the computer it looks pretty good, but on the cell phone it’s difficult to control… for example. If I use the mousedrag function, on mobile by pulling the sphere to rotate up or down, the rest of the page goes up and down along with it the sphere (so sphere get lost). if I use the Mousemove function, it works better on mobile; however, the sphere loses auto-rotation and with the finger is hard to move)... is there a setting that might be better for mobile?
On the other hand, I wanted to ask, why does the sphere rotate opposite to the movements of the mouse or the finger when pulling… is there a way to make it go to the same side as I pull? (up, down, left or right) is there a way to change that?

The interactive behaviour for desktop and mobile are unfortunately identical at the moment. Same with the rotational direction, some users find it more intuitive to move the sphere in opposite direction. These settings are already builtin and there is no options to adjust it in the dashboard I’m afraid.

Hi Raizensoft… as I mention before, I love the sphere… but I’m having a strange problem and need your help. When seen in cellphone, some cellphones display the sphere in black, and others as it should be… what is causing this?. We have tried androids and IOS, and from each in some work and in some not… I would like to send some pictures, but in here I can’t… any ideas why this maybe happening? Thanks in advance
There is a problem with mobile safari on iOS. I’ll upload a fix for that and notify you once it done.
Thank you for the quick response…. we tried in IOS (Chrome and Safari) and in both browsers in some cellphones worked fine, and in other cellphones it didn’t work (just black sphere).... but not just safari in IOS.
We deleted all cookies, history and data.. but in the phones that it didnt work,,, it dint work, and the ones that worked.. well… it work. Why this can be happening?

Hi Raizensoft… I have a question/comment… I just installed the updated download from theme forest, and install it on WordPress. (The sphere is fine and still there so ignore the previous question, but I noticed that still say Versión 1.0.0. is it the updated version?)
Hi Raizensoft… Unfortunately the problem persist… I was not sure if I was installing the updated version (as it said Version 1.0.0.) But I checked the bytes size, and is bigger from the past version 1.0.0. , (20,144,128 bytes) to (20,353,024 bytes). So I guess it is the update. But we tried different IOS (cellphones) Chrome and Safari, and the sphere looks most times black, (in an iPhone 6 looks ok)… but in newer versions looks black (is there an email where I can send pictures to you? or the link of my site?)

Hi – I just installed the plugin. When I upload an image it shows in the Media dialog properly like this https://i.imgur.com/u7NKwQj.png Its still there if I leave and come back to the media dialog. But the images are NOT added to the gallery. The preview still shows the default numbers instead of the images Im uploading. Likewise if I Publish it the gallery still shows the default images.
I am running wp 6.1.1 and I think the php is ver 7.4 at least.

By the way, I am using the latest wp core, (php 7.4 I think). I tried disabling all plugins, and I tried changing to the 2023 default heme and the problem persisted. – Please reply to the email.

Yes your reply was in gmail spam, which is very unusual as it was a reply to my email. I am very impressed with your plugins! And even thoughn you have done a lot of work on the documentation, I have quite a few questions that I cant find answers for there. I will email you them when I have finished exploring the many possibilities of the advanced interface you give us. If you are available for custom work I might be interested in some modifications. Hi – I like the look of all your gallery plugins. They all use square images though. Can this spherical gallery work with 16:9 aspect ratio? Or will it truncate the images into squares? – Thanks DV
You can use any image ratio so not only square but 16:9 or any image ratio are fine. Check out this gallery example with mix dimension:

Just to clarify… Ive watched a few of your demo videos, (and the backend of your plugins looks awesome, you deserve a lot more sales!). I see that instead of linking to a larger version of the media it looks like I can choose ‘Link’ to go to a url, yes? But the one thing I dont see is whether once the larger media image is opened in the standard gallery, can it then be linked to a url? I think Im going to buy the spherical gallery anyway 
but that would be a great feature so that for instance the larger product images could be linked to their own sales pages.
Yes each image can have its own custom url.
For larger media image, you can’t put link directly inside it but instead you have the option to add the link in the item description. Simply add anchor tag for each item description and it will show up as clickable link.

My client and I saw your wordpress plugin 3D Spherical Gallery, and my client is really interested. I have just a couple of questions.
My client website : https://www.uwmc.ch/ As you can see he made watches.
Below the home slider there is a clock animation. My client would like to have there your animation (50% of the screen, now is less) do we have enough space there ? He would like to display the watches in your animation (the watch without any background), then if you click on a watch the watch become bigger and if you click again we should be redirected to the product. Is It possible ? I let you check the watches pictures in home page for example
Other question: can we have in the back side the back picture of the watch ? so if you look inside the sphere you ll see the back of all the watches ?

I have successfully installed the 3D Spherical Gallery plugin… but it gets hung up (stalled) in PREVIEW mode – I deleted the default project (5 purple images) and then uploaded 5 standard .jpg images (1200×1600 px) – is the sizing too large? Any other tips or advice?
Thank you for your purchase. Is the preview for default project file working? For the items size please use smaller image size (256×256 or 300×300), the full photo version can be any size but the spherical items should be smaller for optimal performance.
