For maybe a week or so, I have been seeing Support Tickets being closed, But they do not have a replay to them.

The new version will take care of all your queries, since all components are on the development phase so the new version will be available after a week.

You ONCLICK action on your demo do not work..I click on the link there’s no popup coming out. I am wondering why? I need a plugin that can have a subscription form and can be called whenever I want to using a button or hypertext link. It ask for a URL when it’s a button. How will I know if the mailchimp subscription form will show if I can’t see a live preview of the changes I made on your demo admin? If you put the codes of mailchimp to show the subscription unto the text field, will it show on the pop up? It’s so hard coz don’t see what I need.

Hi again, does this show a live preview when you are on the admin side while editing the configurations?

I have another question, if the email address is already existing, will it give the error on the same popup window, and alert the subscriber that he/she is already subscribed in mailchimp? I want the error to be contained on that popup and not over the website. I have mine like that and I don’t like it that it overlaps the page and leaves the website then goes to mailchimp page. How does this plugin handle the same email address being entered?

Are you sure the error is generating because of list fusion, because non of the error message pointing to list fusion. It looks like some recent add on plugin causing the issue.

Click slider prevents the links (Impressum, Datenschutz) being clickable. Do you have a solution for this?

Edit your click slider record and enter below code on “Custom CSS” this will fix the issue;

Hi and thanks for the answers. The “fields are missing on click slider” is really urgent. This concerns not anly the click slider but also the optin popup. Both are completely not usable.

So please allow the question: when will this be fixed? Tomorrow? In a few days? In a few weeks?

Can I stay with List Fusion? Or should I choose another solution if this is urgent for us?
