Hello, My cart page does not redirect to your multistep checkout page. It redirect to original / default theme checkout page. Need some help please. Thank you

Nothing like that in my theme option. Please give me your email in order to give you my credentials. Thank you for your support…

If the user is not authenticated it will be redirected to login page, instead of checkout page. So, you must Register / Login in order to verify checkout page. The issue is that sometime the user is redirected to default checkout page and sometime to your MultiStep Checkout page.

Please email me your wordpress Login credentials through my profile page…Thanks

Hi,

Love the product and just did the update you provided. I have customers that are using Internet Explorer and I have tested to see if i get the same results they are and I am. When going to log in to an account through checkout I am getting the errors:

Card number is missing Card expiration date is invalid Card security code is missing

after I hit login. I am running up to date IE. Why are these errors coming up?

Thanks for pointing out the issue….I will check this and will update you soon…Thanks

This issue has been fixed..Please download the plugin again. Thanks

Really nice Plugin, working out of box.

Just got one Error in the Backend:

“NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://domain.de/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-multistep-checkout/script.js?ver=4.1.1"

Otherwise I`ll rate this with 5 Stars :)

Thank you

Its from the colorpicker, on woocommerce-multistep-checkout.php on line 110. Maybe should be wrapped in an if is_page in backend.

Thanks for your quick reply!

OK Replace function wp_enqueue_color_picker() { wp_enqueue_style('wp-color-picker'); wp_enqueue_script('wp-color-picker-script', plugins_url('script.js', __FILE__), array('wp-color-picker'), false, true); } with this if (!function_exists('wp_enqueue_color_picker')) { function wp_enqueue_color_picker() { wp_enqueue_style('wp-color-picker'); wp_enqueue_script('wp-color-picker-script', plugins_url('script.js', __FILE__), array('wp-color-picker'), false, true); } }

If function_exists does not solve the problem, you need to check if the logged in user is on the administer-page of your plugin.

After the new update to V2, there is a small issue mate..

From step 1, user has to click twice to go to next step… The first time, next is clicked, it shows a loading circle and disappears but nothing happens.. once the next button is clicked AGAIN, then we are taken to the next step..

Please check on this.. email me..

Can you please send this message from my profile…i will send you the modified plugin…Thanks

Hi,

I just bought this plugin but I’m having some issue with it.

When logged in, if I get to the shipping tab and check the “Ship to a different adress”, the block below appears but suddenly disappears.

Any idea what’s happening ?

You can see a GIF of it at http://img.saika.li/aBiy

I can give you access to the staging site if you want.

Thank you for your help.

Sorry ignore the above message. Can you please email me the login info for your staging server. I will see this…Thanks

Sure, where can I find your email address ?

You need to send your message through my profile page…Thanks

this plugin for some reason is not compatible with any barcodes plugin, when i activate it, it seem it skips the part where the barcodes are generated (official from woothemes) it’s so bad because it’s so good looking and smooth

Can you please email me the login info your wordperss site…i will check this…THanks

Hello,

This is a pre-sale question. I want to have a two step checkout process. I want login/billing/shipping as the first step, and order details/payment info as the second step. Is this something that can be fairly easily accomplished with your plugin?

Thank you…

Nice products, good customer service. Thank you.

Hi, excellent plugin. I have bought another plugin called VAT Exemption that puts a form on the checkout page to input some additional info which is placed in the delivery to another address field on your plugin(section 2), but questions are :

1. Is it possible to move multistep checkout section 2 content to section 1 2. Make section 1 to section 2 and move different delivery address back to section 2?

So billing & different delivery address would be section 2 and VAT exemption form would be section 1 only?

Thank you

it will require custom coding…You will need to pay extra money to get this customization…Email me through my profile page if you are interested….Thanks

ok, i have emailed you through the profile page, Andy

A pre-sale question: Can this be updated from within the WP dashboard, or does it need to be downloaded and re-installed when updated?

Yes you will need to re-install it upon new update

Thanks. That’s a deal-breaker for me; I need it for a client and it’s too hard for them to do that.

Hello,

I checked the live demo and realized one problem:

Even when you enter a invalid field (eg. phone or ZIP) the checkout is moving on until final page – and only than the error is shown and the checkout cannot be completed. This is a huge conversion killer as customers will have to go back manually to correct the invalid fields. Are you planning any solution for this?

Yes, it has been fixed in the plugin new version 2.0.0

Hello,

Plugin works great just want to know why my other plugin doesn’t seem to play nice with the multi-step-checkout. I need to provide additional options to customers on checkout. They display ok when using the standard checkout with the plugin Woocommerce Checkout Addons & Upsells.

Thanks

Can you please email me your wordpress login info and also tell me what is missing on the checkout….Thanks

Hello, a pre-sale question can I add additional steps with this plugin? If I create new fields and want them separeted in an own step so to speak?

Plugin provides hooks to add extra step, so if you have programming skills then yes you can add extra fields in new step.

Is it posible to make it compatible with Woocommerce Rich Guy Swiss Knife? Because right now it’s not working with the plugin :/

You need to buy this plugin to get support..Thanks

I’ve sent you PM

just baught the plugin and installed it. but it does not work seems to be in conflict with some other plugin. what can I do to fix?

is this compatible with any abandon cart woo commerce plugin?..

Not sure because there are thousands of plugins, so it is not possible to test it with every other plugin.

Hello, Is it possible to add “Additional Step” to my site? Is there are any snippet?

Terms and condition checkbox is displayed under the “Payment” by default. Send me message from my profile and i will reply you how you can add it as a separate step. Thanks

I sent you message. Waiting for answer

@DarkoG i have already replied to you on your yahoo email ID. please check your email…Thanks

I bought the plugin, however I realized that my theme (Porto for Wordpress) is overriding the original checkout page and also is overriding your plugin. How can I make your checkout page override both? – Please help I cannot use this now.

Please email me your wordpress login info…i will see this…Thanks

is it possible to start from the cart itself?

not sure what you mean….can you please explain it.

i just realized this is checkout only, i wanted “step 1” to be the cart when you add the products

Yes Plugin creates wizard the for checkout page only…Cart is a separate page in woocommerce.

Can I add an image somewhere? Like, I need to add the credit card logos somewhere in the forms
