Is there an easy way in the plugin settings to set the min/max screen-width for the menu to display, and also a way a field to enter the class/id of the normal menu so the plugin hides the current menu when it appears at that screen-width?

Yeah, there’s a simple way to set the resolution. As for hiding your theme menu, that would have to be added to your theme stylesheet.
It’s a good suggestion though, I’ve scribbled it down and may well add a field like that in a future update.
