Hi, I’m from germany and we have a difficult problem here: We not only use a double-opt-in by e-mail-markeintg, we need to document the whole issue of the registration process: e.g. IP and timestamp when the user clicks the registration form with all information from the form. And also the IP and timestam when the user clicks the verification/confirmation-link and a copy of the verification mail.
Can you plug in do this?

List Fusion is just a medium through which you send email information to your 3rd party service like aweber or mailchimp.
If i am not working your auto-responder service like aweber or mailchimp does provide all information like; IP and time stamp when the user register your list for the first time and it also provide you solution on when user clicks the verification/confirmation-link.
About List Fusion… it also has the capacity to document IP and email when user subscribe using the “list fusion” form.

List fusion does not provide redirect feature when someone subscribe using optin form because this will directly effect double optin feature, so you need to follow old way i.e configure redirect url on your 3rd party service like aweber or mailchimp.
So the, process will be something like this; list fusion send optin information to your 3rd party service like aweber or mailchimp and your 3rd party service send conformation email to user email and when user click on the conformation email they will be directly send to the download page.
About YES/NO feature; this feature will be available from our new version and most important part the yes/no feature will not just limited to popup i.e yes/no feature will be available for popup, click slider, sidebar and all.

I am planning to switch over from MyMail to a different plugin.
The support from MyMail is very very poor. The author regularly does not answer or give any type of courtesy reply concerning his/ her whereabouts for like 2 – 3 weeks at a time.
He / She answers questions on “the wall” in batches and then will usually disappear for 2 – 3 weeks without telling anybody whether he/she has even seen your comment or not. Cannot even get simple answers to basic fixes.
What is a little insulting is that the MyMail plugin is $39. One of the most expensive plugins on CodeCanyon.

It was time spending gaps, Ok here is how you can connect “list fusion with wordpress newsletter plugin”
1. Go to: Newsletters -> Mailing List.
2. Click on “offsite”. (just hover your mouse on the create record and you will see this offsite link)
3. Click “Form Type” as HTML and hit on “Generate Offsite Code”.
4. HTML Code will be generated. Copy the code and move list fusion for further configuration.
5. Go to “list fusion -> Autoresponder Manager”, and click on “Add New Connection”.
6. Check “connection type” as HTML, Enter connection name and copy HTML code into “Your HTML form code section”.
7. Click on “process HTML form”, and select fields as per your required i.e name = name and email = email
8. and hit save.
The connection will be established.

I believe I figured out how to connect “List Fusion” with Tribulant’s Newsletter system.
The issue I am having is that the “List” it is connected to has a dropdown ( for “profession” ) and also a “captcha”.
So when I fill in the Pop-Up with my Name and Email and then click to submit, I get taken to Tribulant’s newsletter sign-Up on a NON-templated page so that I can finish adding in the dropdown selection and the captcha.

How do we get the dropdown to display on the Pop-Up along with the captcha, so that we are not RE-directed to the actual Tribulant sign-up form ?
I would like to accomplish the complete sign-up from the Pop-Up.

And it appears that even after completing the extensive sign-up, that the subscriber is still not being added to the system.

It looks like you using default mode “display popup on every page load”, just edit your popup record and click on schedule tab, you will find more available options to overcome this problem.

To switch to one these options (shedule TAB) , have no success, if the plugin is not able to write a cookie,
And for this case, there are no entries in your DataTables. (like IP/SESSION)

It looks like your browser has cookie disable causing the issue. List fusion is fully loaded with session and cookie which allow user to play with the display popup, ads or social share.

Can’t seem to get my opt in to work with Campaign Monitor. I went to “auto responder manager”, use “html form code”, then copied & paste the CM code , and clic on “process HTML form”. However it keeps defaulting to the send optin email option, and my subcribers are not being added to my mailing list.
Can you please provide us HTML form code provided by campaign moniter. This way we can check for possible error and provide you correct solution.

Yes, you can convert popup as a disclaimer.
Click on create ad popup, enter all the required fields i.e your page url etc. now.. On creating ad popup turn off; close popup button & activate disable popup for x days on click ad button for x days feature.

Looks like I’m going to have to do this manually using the form’s code.. what I did not realize is that this is not an AJAX solution and the user ends up being redirected upon submitting. Unusable for my purposes. $21 down the drain. Thanks anyway.

Does the popup allow collection of custom fields (i.e. phone number for instance)? Will the AJAX mode allow for it to be submitted within the fancybox and then dismissed, keeping them on the same page? That’s what I’d need, otherwise it won’t be of much help to me. I appreciate the help.
