Just installed this plugin, but it doesn’t accept my credentials for some reason (gives me an alert of “Please Provide Valid Sliverpop info”). Plus I would like to understand what does “Silverpop Engage” means?

Can we please make a quick team-viewer session? or maybe you can guide me what I need to do in order to prevent this alert? Maybe I’m inserting the wrong credentials of silverpop? which one do I need? the same one I use to login to the silverpop account? Would appreciate your help ASAP. Thanks

There are two separate popup contents, one for bigger screens and one for mobile devices. It does not have any conflict with those plugins, as far as we know about 
I plan to use this on a web site that charges its subscribers, but the newsletter they sign up for is free. Which version do I purchase? Also, for how long is the subscription? 1 year, forever?
Please discuss with silverpop company regarding their packages. Our plugin provides the facility to design the subscription pop up and get an subscriber directly listed with SilverPop.
Does this cookie the user so once someone has subscribed, they no longer get the pop-up when visiting the site again?
Or will someone who has subscribed keep getting the pop-up every time they come back to the site?
Currently, it has the cookie settings, so that it does not show the popup with that Limit of time that you can set at Display Popup – http://www.solvercircle.com/docs/wp-silverpop/#!/admin_popup_settings

Just purchased this plugin – very excited about someone finally integrating with Silverpop, but when I enter in my credentials in admin of plugin, I get this error:
