I’ve just installed this and can see the message “Requirement: you need to have version 3.0+ of Ninja Popup for Wordpress to run Theme Pack.” I do not see anything else relating to this in my WP admin even though the plugin is active. How can I fix this?

you can modify popup theme CSS file (/wp-content/plugins/arscode-ninja-popups/themes/theme[x] or you can add css code to the Custom CSS (with !important)

I wanted to use theme 6 but I didn’t want to use the 2nd and 3rd part of the theme. Is there a way I can turn it off or delete them? And do you have a opt in agreement or disclaimer pop up?

if you need custom modification you can do it by editing template.php /wp-content/plugins/arscode-ninja-popups/themes/theme[X]
To make opt agreement or disclaimer pop up – please use HTML theme.

do you mean New Theme 5 ? Please edit popup – > go to “Custom Fields” -> Add field (make configuration for URL). If you will need more help please contact to support and we will help you.

Oi, Need to know if it is possible to leave the popup without blocking the screen, ie the first click the visitor goes on the screen (menu, images, banner) it works and close the popup, and can also close the [x]. So the visitor could either close the [x] how could click on a link or banner on the site and work normally and close the popup. Sorry anything. Hug.

I wrote you on your support forum and I have not received a response. I have ninja popups installed but the theme pack and the widgets i just purchased, do not have a zip file to download in my file. only php files? There is no tutorial on how to upload them to wordpress. Am I missing files?

I’ve watched both videos. I don’t have the zip file for either after I downloaded the pack an widget from envato.
This is the file that is in my folder for each: arscode-ninja-widget.php and arscode-ninja-popups-theme-pack.php
You should install zip files in both cases.

looks like you trying to install Ninja Popups. Please make sure that you installing Theme Pack – it will go to /arscode-ninja-popups-theme-pack folder. BTW: make sure that you have latest version of Ninja Popups (v3.3)

I don’t think I’m installing ninja popup again. I know where the ninja popup and the theme pack is in my computer. I have them in separate places and I’m pretty sure I’m not confusing them wrong. I think it is your theme pack that can’t be installed. Can you please help me find out what really going on and get this theme pack installed once and for all. Any help will do. Thank you.

I think you trying to install Ninja Popups again – and you got info that folder already exists: /arscode-ninja-popups/
Theme Pack has other folder: /arscode-ninja-popups-theme-pack/

If Slider Revolution supports shortcodes you can try to do it this way:

Hi, i just uninstalled the ninja popup plugin to replace it with the latest version (3.2.3).
I was surprised to keep all my popups (those from the 2.0) but well it was a good suprise. But now, my popups are all distorted.
I deleted them to recreate new popups but they still look very bad even when i use the by default values (example : the fonts are huge)

hi, http://www.webmarketing-conseil.fr my pop up has been configured as it was before (after 1 second and everything is “enabled” and the right pop up is selected). Nothing shows up on the site. But the “preview” works fine.
Ive tried everything.
So to summarize : i deleted the old pop ups. the new one works good on “preview” but nothing shows up on the site (it was working fine 1 month ago with the old version of the plug in)
