I’ve purchased the FSQM Pro. Im trying to make a survey but after some questions the survey reach a limit and doen’t accept any other question. If I add it, then I don’t see it in the survey.

1. Use conditional logic to hide and show those statements. 2. Use score based designation system to generate comments on overall score obtained.

when I’m trying to generate report from “Export Report” is gives me this error for every form I have.
No Survey Questions found in the form you have selected.
No Feedback Questions found in the form you have selected.
However, “export in CSV” works fine and it shows me the question after hitting “select questions”..

It means you have selected questions from “Other Form Elements”, which are not available for generating reports right now. Please use “MCQ” or “Feedback” type questions instead.

You do not need to change any file. Under FSQM Pro > Exporter Settings you will see an option for editing PDF CSS. Change the hex color code there. Everything is commented for better understanding.

As the error says, there are permission issues. Please fix the permission of the wp-content/uploads directory.

Hi! I’ve just purchased the FSQM Pro and it is awesome. I am considering buying this add-on but need to know if the following can be done with it.
I want people to answer/fill in the quiz/form on my website created with FSQM Pro. Depending on what answer is checked, I want the plugin to produce a phrase with the answer (or a phrase if all check-boxes remain unchecked) so that the answer could copied on the submission form as a complete sentence instead of table/chart.
I want people to be able to download directly their answer after the quiz without signing in. Maybe a copy-paste option or a word export would work?

Trying to generate report on Survey with around 50 questions gives me: AJAX ERROR: error Not Found… checking on console i see an admin-ajax.php 404 error wich is rare cause admin-ajax.php is in place.

Please consult with your web host to see what errors are being produced. Generally it occurs because of some security settings server-side. We can not know for sure without some kind of server log.
And why doing the same with a survey of 10 questions no ajax error is trigger? What kind of security setting could cause this? I have a regular shared hosting.

About the user role editor, I think deactivating and reactivating FSQM Pro will solve this. If not, then these are two capabilities you’d need to add to the role: manage_feedback, view_feedback.
Hi When I try to export report for only one submission with time range 13:00-14:00, the file that is created is empty. I think the 1pm function doesn’t work. Because when I select 01:00 and click Done .. when I click again on the time it’s 01:00 am.
How can I export report from 13:00 to 14:00?

I created an application form for a college. When I export it to CSV I get fields that contain more than one answer separated by ~ . Its from using the matrix style field.
Is there a way I can export it so that they are each in their own column?

You can not export them on their own column. This will break the CSV structure. You can however change the separator just before the export.

When installing the plugin I get this message:
The Exporter for FSQM Pro plugin requires PHP_ZIP extension to be loaded.
My admin says he needs to upgrade MySQL but not for a couple weeks. Is there any workaround for this in the short-term. I am in need of the data ASAP.

Sorry, there isn’t. But I do not think MySQL has anything to do with a php extension. Perhaps talking to your server support would help.

We do support export to HTML and PDF which you can use to generate documents. It is pretty straight forward.
My Wishlist would be to add http://phpword.codeplex.com/ to the exporter function as I want an automated export, not a two step. Many thanks.
