THANK YOU brother :)

Hello,

How do I use this in to wordpress portofolio? Please help thx

http://codecanyon.net/item/lightbox-evolution-for-wordpress/119478

Install the plugin and change the class for all links in your portfolio.

How does the lightbox close after hitting a “Submit” button on a form?

$('form').submit(function() {
  $.lightbox().close();
});

Thank you very much for your reply.

1) But where will I place this modified code?

2) Can you create an example of this function amongst your examples?

3) Does this script have an “AUTO PLAY ” for the image gallery where there are more than two images? This way the direction buttons do not have to be pressed.

4) Can you create an example of the function that was posted/asked by “formad”. I am sure I and others would like to see what it does:

He said:

“I want one image in my article, the when they click on it, it show 5 images of an gallery, except for the first image in the article self.”

4b) The code mod you post for “formad”, where would it go?

Helloooooo,

attempting to use ur Lightbox Evolution with Gravity Forms.

Typically, when i insert a form it looks like this:

[gravityform id=1 name=ExampleForm ajax=true]

Trying to figure out howto reference this form “inline”within Lightbox Evolution?

a href=”#loremipsum” class=”lightbox”>[gravityform id=1 name=ExampleForm ajax=true] /a

Would that be correct???

Cheers!

Love the Code…

Paul

Try with this:

<div id="gravform1" style="display:none">
  [gravityform id=1 name=ExampleForm ajax=true]
</div>

<a href="?lightbox[width]=624&lightbox[height]=478#gravform1" class="lightbox">Open Form</a>

THX for this awesome Lightbox! Will be the perfect way to present my portfolio on derverstaerker.ch.

But, had a little issue… I rearranged the files to suite my template folder. But when I did that, I couldn’t use the iFrame function anymore. The script seams to mess up the link (adding path to actual file in front of target link). Funny: The problem only exists with the uncompressed jqery.lightbox.js file. With the …min.js file it works as expected.

Greetings from Switzerland Atreju

Thanks. I will definitely give this FIVE STARS , while doing the “Homer/Curly Shuffle”!!!!

Just received your reply.

But…

I was just about to email you back to let you know that EVERYTHING is working.

This is an awesome script! Thanks bro.

The only thing that it seems to have issues with is that it does not appear to work on Apple I-Pad or Apple I-Phone.

Will you be looking in to this?

Or is their a modification to the code that will workaround this?

Everything seems to be fine.

Just need to one thing.

How do I display a website from within the lightbox?

My URL link through DreamWeaver is:

http://google.com/index.html?lightbox[width]=524&lightbox[height]=178

Keeps coming up blank.

How come I cannot seem to get things to show other websites.

I can display internal HTML pages , but not other websites.

Hi, please read the help file :/

and use the iframe param:

http://www.google.com/index.html?lightbox[width]=524&lightbox[height]=178&lightbox[iframe]=true

Sorry about my last question, I was sooo lazy. But did it.

All I’ve got to do is: Link

That’s it.

Tks

Man, this item gave you lotta of support. Thank you for this contribution you made to us. The best lightbox in the web.

I have just one question regarding this item: Can I open Lightbox via Javascript clicking from a link and not a button like the example?

Thank you very much!

Everything seems to be fine.

Just need to one thing.

Does this light box script work with I-Pad and I -Phone?

It does NOT seem to.

The page will show the translucent grey background, but NO box displays.

Is there a reason why?

Is there a workaround?

I don’t have an IPad to test it, it works fine in Safari, so I don’t know.

I have what is probably a very stupid question. For some reason I can’t install the plugin in wordpress. I’ve tried uploading the plugin folder to the right folder and it doesn’t appear in my wordpress dashboard… is that normal?

Hello,

I have some simple questions as I’m a noob

1. I have a cms where there is a template and a page. should I put script in the template or the page?

2. I have a video on my server and I want to serve it up on clicking an image that says play video. Just one video. Can I do this? This with the smooth transition with darkened background.

Any help here would be great.

Thanks

Hi there,

I have purchased your item and thanks for your wonderful light box. But I have a problem, can you give me favour? I want to open an AJAX page from flash, and how can I do that? I only can see this: getURL(“javascript:jQuery.lightbox(‘image.jpg’)”);

It’s fine for me to use this code to open a image, but I don’t know how to open an AJAX page.

I really appreciate your help!

Cheers,

Ricky

Hi,

Here is an example:

getURL("javascript:jQuery.lightbox('http://www.yourdomain.com/yourpage.html?lightbox[width]=500&lightbox[height]=300')");

Hi aeroalquimia – Great script. All works great. I’m just wondering if/how I can simplify the animation effect when transitioning between images in the same gallery. It does a ton of bouncing around by default (which is very nice, but it’s not appropriate for the site I’m using this in…).

Is there an easy way to do this? I’m not a javascript developer, so I don’t think I can figure it out on my own.

Best,

ryanfred
