Hi there!
I installed the optin bar plugin, we already have the pop-up ninja and theme pack working great.
Unfortunately, it crashes the whole plugin page. It’s just white when I go to: /wp-admin/plugins.php
I had to go FTP and delete directory so it could be disabled by error. It caused my whole site to crash until I removed the plugin so it auto-deactivated it.
Any ideas why it would do that?

please delete folder “arscode-ninja-bars-pack” and install it one more time – here is video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kla3AwBoq_0 or just copy arscode-ninja-bars-pack folder via ftp to /wp-content/plugins/

I want to use it in this way.
1. When user comes to the site it shows welcome popup from default ninja popup themes.
2. when user reads a post and scroll down it shows optin bar.
3. When user leaves it show exit popup.
So, how can i set optin bar for post, if i have already used welcome popup and exit popup. can i create multiple welcome popups and set one of them for optin bar when user scroll down and show it.

Hi,
you can use 2 popups on the Page/Post – one welcome and one exit popup. You can use popup or bar in both cases.
You are not able to set multiple welcome popups on the one Page.

Currently you have welcome pop and exit popup but can you add one more option like scrollpage popup so we can set popup to show on article pages. it is really helpful and it can also boost this addon sell.
Yes, you can show bar when user scroll the Page (it will be welcome bar) and then you can open exit popup.
There is no option for welcome bar, then welcome popup and then exit popup. You can have only two: welcome and exit.

Can you have it pop up after the visitor has scrolled down the page or set a timer for it to pop up? That way they have time to read some of the content and aren’t scared away.
Yes. Popup/Bar can open after XX% scroll, X sec after page open or X sec of inactivity (no mouse or keyboard action).

I’ve installed both plugins. The main Ninja Popups one and this. Neither are popping up on pages that I’ve assigned them to. The preview works, but not the published version.

My footer.php file has wp_footer() present in the code.
Maybe something in the configuration? Have you set welcome popup in plugin settings?

I also tried switching to the basic Twenty Fourteen wordpress theme. The popup didn’t show on any pages.

The mailchimp integration went smoothly. Worked like a charm. But, now the pop up isn’t showing on public pages again. I’m confused. All i did was enter my API information for the mailchimp and test the feature out through the preview.
For me works properly on every page at http://glenhuff.com/.

For Ad2, it requires the HTML from dropdown for optin bar right? I can’t see the option for opt-in bars. I can only see them for Popup and Popup add-on. So for opt-in bars, how do I do this currently?
Sorry – I just take a look and see that you have Optin Bars. It wont work in the sidebar.
You can use popups only in the sidebar.
