it douse not work on the front end the button icon is way up outside of the product thumbnail its not functional at all when clicked it douse not work with youtube video or uploaded video to my server and on the shop page the button douse not show at all only on the category page and it douse not work at all!!!!!!! The plugin douse not work at all on the front end and it glichez my theme is flatsome premium

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU TESTED THIS PLUGIN WITH VARIOUS THEMES? I paid $23 for a piece of crap that doesn’t work. I tried several free and paid themes and the video button doesn’t display correctly anywhere. It doesn’t even display at all in the Related Products section. I’m going to ask for a refund.

Can this plugin also display self hosted videos from localhost or only vimeo and youtube videos.

I am looking at purchasing this plugin, however, there is an issue with the sound still playing after the video pop-up is closed. BKETech mentioned this almost 2 years ago, and the issue is still there.

It happens in Firefox and in Safari.

looks like a kewl plugin, would purchase if the light box overlay was responsive to match our site.. as currently it’s static loading. Any plans for updating this? thanks

I am looking for a Plugin to add Product videos in addition to the Product images so the videos actual just like the images.

Your demo shows the Play button being above the Product images when in the Category list and besides the image when viewing the Product.

It is possible with your Plugin to treat the Product videos in the same manner as the Product images?

What about video hosted elsewhere or on Amazon S3 servers like mine? Can I paste a url? Does it play all video formats – H.264 mov’s?

One issue I find is when you close the video modal while the video is still playing the modal will disappear but the video continues to play…you can still hear the audio. Fantastic plugin. Fix that one issue or tell me how to do it myself and I’ll buy it.

I bought this plugin and installed it, and everything looks like it works except for one thing. The “Frontend” button in the Product Dashboard is not showing up. I put in the video, but without the Frontend checkbox showing, I can’t make the video show up on the page. I’ve reinstalled it, but the same thing. How do I fix this?

Is it possible to have a version that includes audio (Mp3) as an additional option? For example, the play button remains the same (top left of product image) but when clicked, it plays audio instead of video.

Also, are we able to modify the color of the play button for design purposes?
