I just bought the plugin and am having an issue. After resizing the browser to a smaller size the slider remains small when the browser is resized back to a larger size. Happening in Chrome and Firefox.

Hello, I have installed and configured the Logo Showcase plugin and put the shortcode in a widget area of my homepage and on a test page. Whenever I access the menu bar right above it the drop down menu is behind the slider. I have used other sliders in the same place with no issues. Please help me solve this issue

Please apply a z-index (something like 999) for your menu, which I saw it has id=menu-primary-nav
Don’t forget that for z-index to work you also need to have position:relative or position:absolute

I believe you have a JS conflict on your page. From Firefox, use ‘Error Console’ (CTRL+SHIFT+J) and check for JS errors on your page.

I have no javascript issues, but a weird css issue. My tooltip is the correct colour in preview mode, but on the frontend it has a transparent colour.
I have tried using img.lbg_grid_tooltip and .lbg_grid_tooltip with background and color set, but it does nothing. Not even using !important.
Site is not live yet.

When I try to add logo graphics, the plugin is returning the error “undefined’ and displaying a broken link icon. The graphics are all RGB JPGs, under 400 px wide. Adding a graphic from a link has the same result.

Please make sure you click ‘File Url’ button first and then ‘Insert Into Post’. Maybe ‘None; is set by default in your wp-admin.

I am having the same issue as “collinssafety” with regard to the slides not LOOPING (with respect to the carousel settings).
ISSUES: 1. Once it gets to the end, it slides back to the beginning instead of looping…
2. logos are all positioned tight together. Is there a way to have a little padding between them?
I am running WP 3.8.4. And your plugin version is 1.2 (which I just purchased today). According to the spec of this plugin, it was supposed to be compatible up to WP 3.9.

1. You can use ‘One By One Carousel’
2. If you’ll use ‘One By One Carousel’ you have horizontal parameters for it. If you’ll continue using ‘Group Carousel’ you can set a smaller number for ‘Number Of Thumbs Per Screen’ or increase the carousel width

It is because in the footer we load this jQuery: https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.1/jquery.min.js
This jQuery is essensial for our website, but how can we make this plugin and the jQuery run together?

So bummed. I spent all afternoon setting this up and it looked great in the “preview,” but when I put the shortcode into my footer widget, it kept trying to load with the moving circle and then stacked the “one by one carousel” vertically off to the left… And, no other animation effects on my site were working any more.
I then deleted that. And, put the shortcode into a page. It didn’t show up at all then, and no other animated effects on my page showed either.
:( :(

Its not centered, i did try add a margin:0 auto; seems like its being override in plugin.

You should contact your theme provider and ask him to upgrade the jQuery for his theme. Using only jQuery 1.6 is not a correct way to build WP themes. Jquery should be included using
<?php wp_enqueue_script("jquery"); ?>
and not deregister the WP jquery. In this manner the theme will be compatible with any WP version and plugins being always up to date.

The carousel is left aligned by default.
To center it, insert the shortcode in a div with some css defintions
<div style="width:1280px;margin:0px auto;"><?php echo do_shortcode("[lbg_logoshowcase settings_id='2']");?></div>
Where 1280 is the plugin width. Of course, you can set a smaller dimension for the plugin width and modify this value here in the div css
