Yes, you can set option after visitor scroll down the page. Please edit popup -> Welcome Settings -> choose “When user scroll page” and set % of page scrolling.

2) you can open it whrn page opens
3) popup/bar can show up after XX seconds

this feature is unavailable. Sorry. You can have 1 default welcome poup and 1 default exit popup. Extra popup/bar you can trigger by shortcode.

Pre-purchase question.
On my phone, this only shows a sliver of the opt-in box at the bottom of my screen. I have to scroll down to see the rest of it. I’m wondering if the user has to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see the whole thing? I cannot tell because your pages are quite short in length.

on mobile device you will see mobile version of the bar and you dont need to scroll page to see rest of the bar.

When I go to your test page on my phone, then scroll down on my phone, the bar stays at the top of the page. So when I go back up and close it, then scroll down again on the page, the popup is still there and won’t close at all. Is there still problems with the mobile development? I have ninja popups, and I love this idea – but I don’t want it to be a hassle for my users.

Great plugin! However it seems like there is a problem with the bars, I’d like to use ‘Bar 7’ but it’s showing up behind the pages. Not sure if this is a problem on my end or a problem with the plugin. Could you please check this?

Is there a way to turn this off for mobile. On my iPad in landscape it is much to big (looks nice in portrait)
Yes, you can disable it for mobile devices in Ninja Popups settings.
