Long chose before buying your plugin. Interested in the appearance of your demo version of the plugin. After buying a complete disappointment !!!
The main claim – why in your demo version and installed plug-ins such large differences !?
The explicit and tangible disadvantages:
- Not clear size of a logo
- In the plugin settings do not have the basic things that are in the other proposals on the Market:
- No adjust the volume of the audio in video-bg (in the code it is possible to realize !!) In the current version only disable or enable the sound – that can stun or vice versa – in the absence of sound visitor modet not receive proper perception! - No control font size, etc. The font headlines and text. - In the admin control panel, no language fields for labels (for language translation) time counter (singular and plural) “year (s) month (months) / h (hours) / min (minutes), second (seconds)
- Appearance – not that that it is shown in advertising demo! The demo version is very different from the version that gets the buyer! I beg to address deficiencies – otherwise I will have to put a negative assessment of the plugin and demand a refund!

1) Logo size should be300×120
2) The plugin only supports disable or enable the sound, not adjusting volum (we think that the audio sound depends on the computer sound)

Your plugin – one big misunderstanding and should be distributed free of charge in the testing phase for bug fixes!

You can use custom css to change font-size ( go to custom code -> custom css)
The mailchimp integration doesn’t work as you directed it, I had to get a developer to fix it for us – worth you looking at your instructions and code for that part.

I purchased right now your plugin, but somthing is wrong on the backend. It is impossible to select the logo or text color. This options do not appear as on your screenshots.

Also is not possible to add or delete social, the checkbox of show controls of background video do not work, no matter ir checked or not, the controls will apear on the front end
Unrestricted IP Address, no matter wich ip we set here, everyone even from other ips can see the site and not the comming soon page :s
1- Here (http://fs1.directupload.net/images/141124/azbbuqlc.png ) you can see for exemple that do not show the “choose color” button, or even to upload the logo, just have the upload button. But if I click the upload button the page just refresh, is impossible to choose or upload a logo.
2- The button of add social links or even the X to delete social links do not work. If I click there nothing happens…
3- Contact options can not be removed or adedd. The button and the X link just nor work… nothing happens if clicked
4- The “Show Control ?” checkbox from viedeo background do not work. No matter if checked or not, the control will show anyway on the frontpage!
5- The “Unrestricted IP Address” do not work. If there is one ip, everyone can see the site, even users from other ips and even if they are not logged in.

I just installed inTime and everything works perfectly on my computer (macbook pro running safari)
However on my iPhone 4s and iPad retina the page’s logo seems to cropped – I can see only the top half of my logo – which is only a circle.

Hi Gary, I checked your site but seem it’s default domain page only. I just check responsive on iOS7 and it works fine. Align is perfect too. You can create an account for your client and set permission in “Allow access” tab. Or just fill your client IP in “Allow access” tab

I had updated some of the core code including the CSS to get the desired results I was after. This included fixing a spelling mistake, Alignment issues, changed social media icons default hover colour and renaming the button so it said something else instead of Subscribe.
You seem to of replaced these core files in order to fix the background issues I had. Your support based on your support forum seems to very much be give me access to your site and i’ll fix it.
Maybe rather than always trying to fix these issues you should update the Install Package on Theme forrest so that these issues are no longer present.
For example the spelling error has been brought up before – “Thank you for submitted! We will notice you when our website is available”
I also found quite a few things that varied between the default install and your demo page.

The “Coming soon on specific pages” section does not seem to be functioning correctly. When I add the URL of the specific page I want the Coming Soon theme to be seen on, it instead reveals the page of the site I’m working on – which is the page I don’t want to be visible. The function appears reversed – it does’t show the page that I want to show, but it does show the page that I don’t want to be visible. Please advise.
