Having issues generating a confirmation email after the users enters their info. I have it connected with mailchimp and I believe I have all of the settings correct. I also have Mailchimp for WP installed as well. And the confirmation works fine for those forms. Any suggestions?

That didn’t work… I tried wrapping the ninja shortcode around the CSS styled button, but it didn’t work. Here’s an example of the button html to give you an idea.

For those who are having issues with Mail Chimp – I too was having issues, however I found a very simple fix.
First: I created a “name” field in Mail Chimp and gave it a “field tag” of FNAME.
Second: I disabled the “Name” field in the Ninja Pop up and created a “Custom Field” by clicking the “Add Field” button.
Third: Click on the “Gears” symbol and that will open the “custom field” settings for just that field. Give the “Label” your regular name field, Placeholder needs the default name and finally,
Fourth: mane sure you enter in the Gears “name” field and add the field tag with capital letters..just like Mailchimp. (hint: in the gears its the third field down).
I’ve tested this on 3 separate pop ups and three separate mail chimp list and it works perfectly and merges the information…

Have a few issues…. 1) Seriously, I need some setup documentation and it is frustrating that you do not ever provide a simple PDF. Do you have a set up manual?
