I am wondering how the FAQ’s are created in the Admin. Is it strictly with shortcode or can the client put in the title and the text (and can they format the text) into designated fields? Can you direct me to documentation on how the FAQ’s are created or tell me? Thank you for your time.

This is great, thank you. I am seeing that there does not appear to be a formatting option, so no ability to add bullets or numbering or headings. Is that true or am I missing this?

Is your plugin compatible with WP 3.9? Also, I may have overlooked it in the demo but are there several different kinds of fonts that can be when creating questions and answers?
Its compatible with 3.9 You can change the font size but there is no option to choose font family. Thanks

Is there a way to have sub FAQ levels. For example to have several toggle such as
- Toggle 1 – Category 1
- Sub-Toggle A – Sub Category 1
- Sub-Toggle B – Sub Category 2
- Sub-Toggle C – Sub Category 3
- Toggle 2 – Category 2
- Sub-Toggle D – Sub Category 1
- Sub-Toggle E – Sub Category 2
- Sub-Toggle F – Sub Category 3

I just purchased this great plugin, but it seems I’m unable to show spaces between paragraphs within an FAQ body (despite confirming that the “paragraph” tags and were present). I even tried manually inserted line break html, but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Linebreaks do not seem to be working, even when I add them as HTML, so all my text appears as one big paragraph!
