The black stripes are added by Vimeo. Your video doesn’t have the 16/9 resolution so it displays according to the display resolution.
Also, if you’ll resize the browser to different proportions you’ll notice that the black stripes will disappear or it will appear top & bottom instead of left & right

Can i change the fade-time? So the fading will go a little slower? (not the time between the 2 slides but the fade-effect itself?)
I use the full background, with fade.

I tried to add your php code on header.php like in instructions but everywere i placed it, results is that i can only get the menu, and rest of page desappear. It would of been nice to of seen screenshots of the actual amount of coding involved in getting this to work correctly instead of the attractive screenshots shown. I purchase these plugins for ease of use and making life easy and not spending ages trying to figure out what coding goes where. Finding it a little frustrating for somebody who finds coding like a foreign language.

This plugin is not working on an iPad or iPhone. For example, your live preview does NOT work with an iPad or iPhone. Why is it that you claim that this works on mobile devices? Check out your live preview on an iPad or iPhone and view the YouTube video. Once the video is running, the menu bar does not work. I find this very sad that you are advertising this as working with mobile devices. Is there something that I am missing???

The video background (YouTube and Vimeo) will show correctly on IOS but it will not autoplay and when the video is playing, it will disable the website elements. This is due to IOS behavior.
The product also has fullscreen image background and full width slider which work on IOS without any problem. So it doesn’t contain only video background.
On the product page you have a note at the bottom:
NOTE: For mobile devices, due to IOS and Android restrictions, the video background will not autoplay and it is not recommended to play it when is set as background becasue it will disable all the website elements

You have the option to set for each slide (entire slide) a link and a target.
On the previous example http://www.lambertgroupproductions.com/canyon/wordpress_full_screen_background/fullwidth_slider_bullets_fade_transition.html navigate to the second slide and click the image

tried to install the plugin and it wouldn’t work, said The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
tried to get support from the developer and the only response was “read the documentation”. We did and it doesn’t provide any information on if the install fails.

The .zip file you’ve downloaded also contains some additional resources, like PSD files and help documentation. You need to unzip the main package and install ‘lbg_fullscreen_fullwidth_slider.zip’ file. This is the plugin.

If you want to use it as full width slider you can insert it in the pages / posts
If you want to use is as full screen background, you need to insert it in the header.php file, as presented in the video tutorial. If you want the background only for some pages, you can use an IF statement
