Hi,

You can use up to 6 columns but in the same way you can use the Slider feature or the Filter feature if you wanna handle many logos in a smaller place.

Pre sales question – My goal is to filter the logos by category and put the shortcode for each category on separate tabs on a single page of my site. Do you have any examples of your tool working successfully with multiple shortcodes on tabs? I have another logo tool, and it is not displaying properly on the tabs. I’m using Easy Responsive Tabs from http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-responsive-tabs/

The plugin let you create many group of logos based on custom options, including the Group. We don’t know how is build that Plugin so we can not guarantee based on it but should work fine, I don’t see why not.

Bought your plugin, looks really good on the demo page!

I have created 3 new clients and assigned them to the same category. However, on the shortcode screen there are only three things visible.

Group: Number of entries: Order by:

There are no other options to save or submit, nor any of the effects, or any thing else visible on the page.

WP 3.9.1 Headway 3.7.1

Also, I’ve created two support tickets, however once I create a ticket and submit, nowhere does it show me the ticket number. Of course, when I go to check on the ticket status, it will not work without the ticket number which it did not give me. Nor has there been any email(s) acknowledging receipt of support tickets and letting me know what the ticket number(s) is.

Please assist.

As I noted above, the ticket system does not give me a ticket ID when I submit a ticket. (twice now) So there is no way for me to check the ticket status or answer your questions because your system requires a ticket ID to login. I have also written to you through your profile, perhaps you can send me a ticket ID at that email address and also whatever questions you have. I bought a competitors logo plugin here on codecanyon, uses the same type of shortcode manager and it works just fine. But I like yours better would like to be able to use it.

I have deactivated all other plugins and still nothing shows up on the shortcode control page.

Please assist.
