Hi wall-e I would like to make get the construct 2 template file too. basically i need 3 lines instead of 2 lines for the last lines at the bottom. Tried to modify the js file but I can’t read it and make sense of it.

Change the Construct is very hard, and have to have the license of the program. Let me give you a tip, place the text in the image on the card. So you can put the text size you want, and any color you like. Just remember to leave the xml blank.
Many customers are doing this, and changing the entire design.

Hi wall-e, very nice card! Got a problem though, the sound/music isn’t working in IE 10 and 11. Tested it on 3 pc’s: 1 Win7 IE11, 1 Win8 IE10 and 1 Win8 IE11. Do you got a clue?
I do have friends.
You have 2 music files, “ogg” (Firefox, Chrome and others) and “m4a” (IE and Safari). Usually the server does not support the “m4a” file. But to solve this is very easy, just ask for your server.
Some customers have had this doubt, and customers asked the server, and the problem was solved. Contact your server, they begin to give support to the file.
For you see that the problem is with the server, just to test on your local machine. The sound operate normally in IE.

Thank you for the quick response! So it’s correct that the Envato server also doesnt support “m4a”... cause I tested it with http://2.s3.envato.com/files/72733144/index.html and it didnt work. It does work on my local wampserver though, so it must be the webserver. Ok i’m gonna contact my hosting provider and let you know.
Yes, you are correct, the server does not support the Envato too.
But you can believe, around 10 or more clients told me of this problem. And they came into contact with the server, and solve it. Some resolved on first contact quickly.
If you check the reviews, this is a common doubt, but it can be solved. Just to add, it is very common for a server does not have support for “m4a”.

K adding the following to the .htaccess file in your root solves the problem:
AddType audio/ogg ogg
AddType audio/ogg oga
AddType audio/x-m4a .m4a

Chrome, Firefox and Opera use “ogg”, Internet Explorer and Safari use “m4a”. Until now had 2 clients that the server did not support this file. But they came in contact, and the server now has support.
I advise you to check with the server to add this file. Some customers decided doing it. We can not use mp3.

We wish to disable the hyperlink in the presentation (the value of which is assigned in the ‘your_url’ tag of ‘your_card.xml’).
We have removed the text of the xml tag but the hyperlink still appears on the presentation. Could you please advise how to edit the ‘c2runtime.js’ to disable this hyperlink?

Friend, have found a quick solution. In the file “c2runtime.js” you are looking for in the code as “500 80”. This is the size of the link, 500×80px. This value is only 2 times in the code. You put “500, 0”, the 2 times he appears. Thus, there will be more area click.

It’s hard to change the color of text that is loaded from xml. It’s hard. But you can put the text on the card image with photoshop. So you can change the color of text, increase the size, change the font. Missed the fully customized design.
If you decide to do this, leave the xml blank to not load the text.

We have recently purchased this presentation but find both our version (embedded into website) and the version linked to from codecanyon run extremely slowly when displaying on both IPAD and GALAXY tab systems.
Can you offer any advice to resolve these issues please?

In some mobiles devices it gets a little slow, but it works in most normal. I have a Galaxy tablet, and he is very good at it.
In Apple devices, he also was very good. In some specific cases it can cause problems, or slow down. But mostly it is normal.
Click the “x” in the corner, try removing the bar CodeCanyon to see if it gets faster. But I do not know any hints to make it faster. There are many animations, so it may be slow.

So…I see you used Construct 2 to generate this simulation. I am trying to modify this template and it’s not giving me much. I need to remove the audio button and every time I try to delete the tags, the web interactive doesn’t work anymore. Do you have the template for the Construct 2, that you have used so I can make the changes there.

Sure buddy, but let me give you a hint. You do not need to erase the button, just open it in photoshop, delete everything and save over. An image fully transparent!

Great and beautiful design! I just can’t see the text and the logo. Only the card shows without these elements. I did update the XML file and changed the logo too, I didn’t rename it, just replaced the image. None of these items are displaying. Can you help please? Thank you

Hello there again, I just saw that the images resize too small when looking at the card in an android or ipad, or iphone. I t is impossible to see the text and the logo, as the smaller the media, the smaller the text and graphics. Can you help here ? Thank you again, Here is the link. The card is resizable, so it adapts to the size of the resolution. Unfortunately the lower the resolution, the fewer will go to see the text and logo. I opted to be seen by most resolutions.
But do not worry about the resolution on the iphone, it looks great. In this site you tested, I also do testing, and use other simulators. Many buyers passed it on iphone.
But now I can not update this file, and improve in small resolutions. I hope you enjoy the card as well. My differential is to make beautiful products, and help my buyers. So always put the psds them, and not seeing the part in GraphicRiver. Few do.

Sorry to bother you again, but i have send it for testing to some our my colleagues here and they are unable to resize the page from their iphones, they say it is too small to see the text and cannot resize. Can you tell me how do I enable resizing for iphone and devices? Thank you greatly
I read your comment and did several tests so far, and I could not put anything for zooming.
The card ta very visible on most platforms, and also in some iPhones. But I know that at lower resolutions, the reading can be difficult.

Hi, PRE PURCHASE question: just testing this on ipad and iphone. On iphone it does not load just a blue background and on ipad it does not scale. I like to customize but need to know if indeed it is compatible. Thanks. Just had to close the Codecanyon banner. It seems to work.
