Yes, just unzip them into the same directory as cms pro, than got to module_install.php with your browser. From there follow install instructions.

Yes, you need cms pro. Portfolio module requires cms pro In order to install it and use it.

come to look at it, all the addons are like this including the digishop :/

just FYI, everything was installed correctly, with followed instructions down to the word, all .htaccess are in, all files, etc.

But the author seems to lack updating it because its missing stuff, and files are no longer right, etc. Really frustrating when you spend $120+ on the software, themes, addons etc and NONE of it works :/

I have never seen that issue before, not being able to save data in any of the modules. Email me from my profile with your ftp and admin access I will look into it. As for cms pro premium themes, they are all recently updated and 100% working.

Your files are way to large, and most likely you are running out of resources. In your case you would need to increase php memory, and get good vps or dedicated server

I have some videos about 400 mb, Do you know if any good real good software that wil compress files to perhaps to 50 mb or less? anything that will compress files

Lastly, if i get a VPS server, are we guarantee that this would handle multiple downloads at 400mb each?

I already increased the size of php in php.ini. Does it matter if the file leaves in the root or www folder? Also please reply if the VPS server will do for me? I don’tr want ot waste my time. Thanks

To compress files you can always use zip or other archiving utility, but compressing videos, it’s completely different story. Placing php.ini in root folder will only affect files in that directory, so you would need to make those changes in master php.ini. As for serving large files increasing memory will help, but it’s not a perfect solution. You would need to install apace mod xsendfile or something similar, which will allow you to do that

So if you recall, i put the download folder behind the www folder so it is not iin the public folder. does this mieans I have to create another PHP.INI file there? I didn’t know that you could have more than 1 php.ini?

I am using a share hosting, so I don’t think I would be able to install apace mod xsendfile, os is this a php file that i just dump ion there? or is it an exexutable file that needs to be run?

Lastly, If i get a VPS server, woudl this allso fix my issue?
