What type of video are you using: YouTube or Vimeo?

Just to be on the same page: I don’t see ‘PURCHASED’ near your user name. Are you sure you are referring at our product?

To hide the controllers, you can set in Slider Settings -> Controllers Settings

Show Navigation Arrows – false

Show Navigation Arrows On Init – false

Auto Hide Navigation Arrows – false

Show Bottom Navigation – false

Show Bottom Navigation On Init – false

Auto Hide Bottom Navigation – false

To cancel slider on mouse – over, you can set in Slider Settings -> General Settings

Pause On Mouse Over – false

Regarding deactivate pause-video-on-click this can’t be done becasue it’s a YouTube/Vimeo player and this is the way these 2 players work

You need to add an .png file with transparency as main image. In the downloaded package you have an image called empty.png which is a transparent .png file 1px X 1px

2. For autoplay, we have a note on the product page

NOTE: For mobile devices, due to IOS and Android restrictions, the video background will not autoplay and it is not recommended to play it when is set as background becasue it will disable all the website elements

I just realized it’s the same error as I had with a free video background plugin – when I insert my own javascript code in the footer, it overrides the video player for some reason. When I disabled the javascript, the video showed up…

I believe you have short_open_tag = Off on your localhost and it should be ON

We’ve updated the plugin to work with short_open_tag = Off, too. Just download the plugin again from your account and overwrite the files.

Regarding bottom navigation, you have in Slider Settings -> Controllers Settings -> Bottom Navigation – margin-top. Set Bottom Navigation – margin-top = 50
