wow! Can this work in Sharepoint 2013?

I do not have any experience with Sharepoint, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Glad you like it!

whats the lowest version of jquery will the slider work with.

never mind i saw it in the info :)

That’s the lowest version I have tested it with. I do not know if it would work with a lower version, but it is very possible.

Hello I am having some trouble…not sure what I did wrong. Below are links to a test site.

Problems:

1. pagination squares do not show 2. progress bar does not move 3. slides just stay on 1st slide…does not go to next one unless you click the arrows 4.On the full width version…it is too tall how do i decrease the height

anything else I could be missing

wow i fix it… i guess this is an important script lol

<script src="/kcp/assets/js/jquery.touchSwipe.min.js"></script>

i left off the “s” on the “js” path smh

Oh wow, it’s important indeed, the touch function is enabled by default. Glad to know you don’t have any more problems.

Does this work with Drupal 7.x? if so, how would I go about implementing the code after I purchase strapslide?

In order to implement Strapslide in drupal you would have to follow a number of steps:
  1. Use a template of your choice to edit it
  2. Link the CSS files from strapslide https://drupal.org/node/341246
  3. Include the javascript files used by strapslide https://drupal.org/node/171213
  4. Copy the content of one of Strapslide’s index files (from inside the body tag) into page.tpl.php of drupal.

I don’t have too much experience with drupal, but from a short look into their documentation, I think this is the easiest way to do it.

Hey mate, Looks great – perfect for a project I’m working on. I’m trying to see how it looks on IE8 :depressed: but your demo site (http://strapslide.grozav.com/) doesn’t work – the slider doesn’t show anything except a white background and the loading .gif pushed half off the top of the page.

Does it work with IE8 and do you have a functioning demo?

Something seems to be off. It has something to do with the preload function. I’ll look into it and update as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I’m coding Strapslide v2 (completely rewritten, smaller, much more creative and much more simple to use). It will be released at the end of this week as an update for this one (free to download if you already purchased it). I’ll write a message here once it’s done.

Update: v2 will be fully IE8 compatible.

Hello! Just letting you know the new version is out and it fully supports IE8. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I am working on a bootstrap based content management system for my clients to use and would like to use your project in the content management system. If I buy the extended license would this cover multiple distributions of my content management system?

If you will use it inside the CMS User Interface, Extended License will work.

If you want them to have the slider on their final webpage, as far as I know, each user (or you) will have to purchase a Regular License in order to use the Slider in their End Product.

I might be wrong though. Could you please contact Customer Support and let me know?

Hi there. I’d like to purchase extended licence for my upcomming themeforest template, but it’s based on bootstrap 2.3.2 and it’s also use build in bootstrap slider. So does this things will not conflict?

They won’t conflict because Strapslide works using custom markup classes. Therefore, it works as a separate entity. If you encounter any problems in implementing it, let me know. I’ll give you all the support you need. Thank you in advance for the purchase!

Same problems here:

  • Images/Container doesn’t load for the first time
  • looks horrible on 27” Screen
  • Video doesn’t work on Firefox
  • Preloader is a “must”

Only for info :)

Cheers

Thank you for the heads up! With version 1.1 I’ve fixed the loading bug and added a preloader.

I’ve rechecked the videos in Firefox. It seems there is a bug with vimeo and firefox which isn’t a slider problem. I’ve still managed to make it work after 3 clicks (to hide the random black background bug that appears in firefox). I hope the vimeo team will fix it soon.

Hello,

the banner is totaly broken on safari on seven. just see a small bar…

edit: working now… but pictures are blur.

I found the problem. I’ll fix it with the next update (this weekend). Thank you very much for the feedback!

When will this support bootstrap V3?

Just letting you know: The new version, with bootstrap 3 is now live.

Thanks, will purchase! :)

Thank you! If I can help any further, I’ll be happy to do so.

does not work very when it comes to scaling on my galaxy note 2. the mobile experience is lacking… the text goes beyond the display border .

I’ll change that in the preview. (Just need to change font-size responsively and it’ll be fixed) It works perfect in landscape mode, fortunately. I’ll add the needed changes in the next update.

Looks nice! GLWS ;-) Also added to my public bootstrap collection!

Thank you very much!

Thank you! Glad you like it!

Great! I’m happy to know that. Thank you!

Wow! Great work! Will be a success! :-)

I really hope so, mate. I’ve put a lot of work into it. Thank you very much! :)

Great job allowing to use the bootstrap grid, it looks extremly flexible. Well done!

Thank you! You can use the bootstrap grid and you can also animate the elements inside of it.

Great work! :)

Thanks, much appreciated!

woow, awesome! It would be even better with some kind of pre-loader. The text animation was playing while the background was loading. Anyway great script and beautiful animations!

Thank you very much for your feedback! I’ll implement a preload functionality as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

Preloader added in the new version. Thank you for the suggestion!
