Hi, I’d like to clarify a few key features before purchasing:
Auto comment replies on social media: 1: Does PixelAI support automatic reply to Facebook and Instagram comments?
2: Can it detect new comments on posts and automatically send AI-generated replies?
3: Does it work with the official Meta Graph API (Facebook Page & Instagram Business)?
Auto replies to direct messages (DMs): Does it support automated replies to messages on:
- Facebook Messenger - Instagram Direct - WhatsApp (via WhatsApp Business Cloud API)
Knowledge-base powered responses: - Can the AI generate replies based on a custom knowledge base, such as: - FAQs uploaded by the admin - Documentation / product info - Website URLs or PDFs - Predefined rules or intents (e.g., delivery, pricing, returns)
If these features are not built-in yet, is there a roadmap or plan to add social inbox automation and knowledge-based chatbot capabilities in future updates?

Hi, Thank you for your questions. Please find the clarifications below: 1. Auto comment replies on social media Yes, PixelAI currently supports automatic replies to Instagram comments. At the moment, replies are sent via DM only. Due to Meta platform restrictions, DM replies can only be tested with Instagram accounts added as Test Users in your Meta App settings. Currently, Facebook comment auto-reply is not supported.
2. Detection of new comments & automatic replies Yes, PixelAI can detect new comments based on trigger keywords configured during post creation. When a matching keyword is detected, the system automatically sends the predefined reply message. Currently, the reply content is not AI-generated dynamically. The reply message must be configured manually during post setup.
3. Meta Graph API support Yes, PixelAI uses the official Meta Graph API for Instagram integrations.
Knowledge-base powered AI responses Currently, knowledge-base powered AI replies (FAQs, PDFs, website URLs, product documentation, predefined intents, etc.) are not built into the existing Instagram comment auto-reply system. However, these advanced social inbox automation and AI knowledge-base chatbot capabilities are part of our future development plans and roadmap considerations. Thank you.
Also, does the Regular License include all features shown in the demo?
Or do I need to purchase any additional addons or plugins separately to make it work like the demo version?

Hi, I would like to ask about the Regular License.
Am I allowed to sell subscription packages or credit-based plans to my customers using this script under the Regular License?
For example, customers pay monthly or buy credits to use the platform’s features. Is that permitted, or do I need an Extended License?

Mongo DB only… didn’t read all the way through before purchase. Do you have plans for a standard mySQL version in the near future?

Understood. not a big deal, it was my fault that I didn’t double check. MongoDB does not scale for local environment deployment and requires additional consideration during development since you introduce dependency on outside infrastructure. We’ll find something that works in our environment and take this one as a loss… (again caused by our own negligence).
