Will i need a woocommerce store for this?
no need woocommerce store, it has own 10 themes when you ordered it will show on Main Quickro Pos App and goes to store owner whatsapp too.

Let me clarify… because i’ve been searching for a system like this for months
I want a system where sellers can upload there products and it get shown on whatsapp automatically on customer’s request,
And sellers should also have a dedicated store link to promote on social media

You will need the main Quickro POS system together with the WhatsApp Storefront Add-on.
With this setup:
• Each seller/store owner gets their own dedicated online store link Example: https://demo.quickro.pk/store/my-store• Store owners can manage their products, banners, settings, and store information directly from the mobile app or the Store Portal Add-on.
• Products are automatically shown in the WhatsApp storefront, allowing customers to browse and place orders easily.
• When a customer places an order:
The store owner receives the order instantly on WhatsApp The order also appears inside the POS app and portal dashboard
• The system also tracks order sources properly:
Orders from WhatsApp show a “WhatsApp” badge POS orders show a “POS” badge Reports and registers can be filtered by order source

To WhatsApp addon do i need WhatsApp API? No need whaysapp api its chat encoded invoice we have used.
Can customer’s make purchases online? Yes customer can purchase, order type delivery, store pick up etc and multiple payments gateway
Can i sell subscription packages to seller’s? Yes via admin panel
Can i run this system completly without using it’s mobile app? Yes then for store owners you need portal addon.
