1. It includes WooCommerce integration via “WooCommerce Tooltips”, where you can select and embed a WooCommerce product into a hotspot (not just link to a URL).
2. When using the WooCommerce Tooltips option, the hotspot is connected to WooCommerce product data. It also supports displaying an Add to Cart button (including AJAX add to cart / cart fragments), which uses WooCommerce’s product data.

9. CodeCanyon licensing is per end product. As stated on the item page, “Use, by you or one client, in a single end product…,” which means each client site (each end product) needs its own license.

Unfortunately all of the demos didn’t show background pic on Xiaomi Android 14, Chrome browser. For example first demo: https://panorama.jegtheme.com/auto-rotate-panorama/ And MOST important – if I buy this plugin do I will encounter such problems in Chrome on Android browsers?

Apologies for the delayed response.
This issue often occurs with large image resolutions, as certain devices may struggle to render them. The maximum image size should be preferably limited to 4096px wide.

2. You migth need certain camera to able take the necessary image. For example, you can check this forum too https://www.flickr.com/groups/equirectangular/. You can take a look at discussion tab.
3. Currently we don’t support 360 degree video.
4 & 5. Yes, you can. You can use the Photosphere app to take a 360-degree image. You can watch this video tutorial https://bit.ly/2pH5eYr

Is it possible to make the viewport of the plugin to be full width and full height without distorting the image?
I needed to make the viewport follow the size of the browser client area, no matter what the size is, without horizontal or vertical distortions on the panorama.

I rarely or almost never out criticism, but the plugin and support are junk. Android does not work ! Answer from support: Image too big. This is ridiculous… Images are 180-200 kb ! How small should they be for 360 degrees ? Support I have given WP access, they have not even looked in there. What is the point of paying for this ? Will delete the garbage and switch to Ipanorama360, that works reasonably.

I am also seeing problems on android. I have uploaded a picture that is 854px X 427px and it still shows a black box on Android Chrome. Android Firefox seems to be fine, but Chrome is not working.

Hi guys, ON ANDROID THE PLUGIN SHOWES ONLY A BLACK IMAGE. It seems that all other notes and commands are fine, only that the the 360 picture is not displayed – all just BLACK!. I just bought today this plugin and after the first tour generated the plugin started to display WARNINGS: regarding strains to PHP lines…

I figure it out, the resolution of the images should be smaller on mobile devices. I changed the resolution and the plugin works fine.
My problem at this moment is that I cannot make notes (hotspots) that remains active on click! The notes are visible only on hovering which is not a good feture for touch devices.
So I’m stuck again!

For the notes option of click behavior, we don’t have this feature yet. You may need to do some custom changes to achieve that.
