I have this software for a while now and where i live items i sent to the laundry in kilos and after weighing you list the items example you brought a 4kg laundry and in that 4kg there are 5 shirts and 3 pants all those appear on receipts is there a possibilty for that?

I am looking to buy this item, i have gone through the demo page, did a few tests but i failed to get where to add item descriptions, say if a client brought their shoes for cleaning, where can one write detail descriptions of those shoes so as not to mix up the orders. it would be nice to add item details.. I see a section of notes, but its not in a more visible place, some one can easily fail to locate it.
