How Subscription features work - Are admin can Enable disable any time subscription featutes? - When subscription features enable and suppose any Seller purchase subscription Then what features seller can get ? like when seller Purchase Subscription then comission Still deducted or They just Have to get extra access of our service but still commission if each product as set They will Have To pay Comissions - Are there any option that Admin can Wieve of Subscription features and They can give full access of seller as Free of cost but comission still get? 2. Subscription Feature Yes, the admin can enable or disable the subscription feature. However, once enabled, it cannot be disabled later. With subscriptions, the admin can define limits such as number of stores, products, system roles, and users a seller can create. Subscription does not replace commission both work separately. Category-based commission will still be deducted as configured. If you don’t want to charge commission, you can simply set the commission to 0% for the respective categories. Currently, there isn’t a separate option to waive subscription while keeping commission, but you can manage flexibility using plans and commission settings. Admin Full Control Features Yes, we understand the importance of full admin control. This is already in our roadmap and will definitely be included in future updates.

I am facing an issue while editing products. When I open an existing product for editing, the following fields are showing blank or getting reset instead of displaying the previously saved values:

  • Price
  • Special Price
  • Cost
  • Stock
  • SKU

This is causing issues when updating products, as the existing data should remain visible during editing.

Additionally, I would like to suggest some feature improvements:

1. Push Notification System:

  • Option to send notifications with an image
  • Option to send notifications without an image

2. Mobile App (User App) – Home Section UI Improvement:

  • The background image and section background color should fully occupy the entire height of the product card
  • Currently, it only covers around 50% of the product card area

3. Mobile App (User App) – Brand Screen Layout:

  • Display 4 brand cards in a single horizontal row instead of 3

  • Add a thicker white outline border to product cards
  • This will improve visibility, especially in custom product sections

Push Notification System: This feature is already added to our roadmap and will be available in upcoming updates.

Home Section UI Improvement: Currently, the product card already has a larger height. If we extend the background image and section color to full height, it will consume more space in the app. Keeping usability and layout balance in mind, it has been designed this way.

Brand Screen Layout: The layout is designed as per standard screen width to display 3 brand cards for optimal visibility across devices.

Product Card Design: Our UI/UX team will review this suggestion and proceed accordingly.

I see only 1 Indian payment gateway available which is Razorpay but they are not onboarding new merchants can you add other payment gateway options for India like Phonepe, Cashfree, Paytm etc. When do you plan to add more indian gateways!

Is it possible to integrate direct UPI payments from BHIM app instead of using any 3rd party payment gateway for UPI payments.

1. Currently, the pickup from store (click & collect) option is not available in the system, and as of now, there is no fixed timeline or confirmed plan to add this feature in upcoming updates.

2. At the moment, Razorpay is the only Indian payment gateway integrated. However, we do have plans to add more Indian payment gateways like PhonePe in future updates to provide better flexibility.

3. Yes, it is technically possible to integrate direct UPI payments (such as via BHIM) without using a third-party payment gateway. This would require integration with the bank’s direct API. We can explore this as a custom implementation if needed.

Questions Regarding the Medicine Delivery App

Can the “Attachment Required” option be made optional?

I mean the option should appear, but the order should still be placed even if the user does not upload the attachment.

Is it possible to organize seller shops by categories? For example, on the shop homepage currently all products are shown together, which looks messy. Can they be arranged category-wise similar to app homepage ?

Can the delivery area be limited using geo-points, so that delivery is fixed within a certain distance, and after that distance the delivery charge increases per kilometer?

How are products displayed based on location? For example, does the app show products from the nearest shop first, the lowest price, or some other logic?

Is it possible to feature a shop on the platform by charging a fee?

Can a shop create its own coupon codes for customers?

Does the medicine shop automatically show as closed when its working hours end, or does the seller have to manually close the shop?

Is there a penalty system if a seller does not provide the medicine after receiving an order? Similar to Amazon, where there can be warnings, penalties, or even permanent shop suspension if the seller violates the platform’s terms and conditions.

Can I add a custom field for seller ID verification, such as requiring the seller to upload their drug license for manual verification?

Is an OTP-based delivery confirmation option available? This means the order should be marked as delivered only after the customer shares the OTP with the delivery partner.

How is the delivery time calculated for a product? Is it fixed, or can it be set based on distance? For example, if the distance is 1 km, the estimated delivery time could be 15 minutes, and it increases accordingly with distance.

If a user cancels a product or receives a refund due to any issue, will the app show refund details? For example: When the refund was issued How much amount was refunded Which payment method was used for the refund (wallet, bank account, original payment method, etc.)

In a multi-vendor system, is it possible to disable multi-vendor orders in a single checkout? This means a customer should place separate orders for each vendor, instead of ordering from multiple vendors in one order, because combining them may increase delivery cost and delivery time.

Is there a product replacement option available? For example, if a customer receives the wrong medicine or an expired product, can they request a replacement or exchange through the app?

1. Address Edit Issue Why is there no direct option to edit the address when placing an order? When I book an order, I only see the “Add New Address” option, but there is no “Edit Address” option. To edit an address, I have to go to Manage Address, which makes the process longer.

2. Book for Someone Else Option There should also be an option like “Book for Someone Else” in the address section, where users can enter another person’s name and phone number and place the order on their behalf.

Also, products should be importable. For example, if one seller adds a product to the platform, another seller who wants to sell the same product should be able to automatically import all the product details through search. The seller would only need to edit their own price and then upload the product.

Additionally, the product description could be generated automatically using AI.

The Single Vendor System works similarly to the existing platform, with one key difference: the entire system operates under a single seller, which is managed by the admin. In this setup, the admin acts as the sole vendor, and external sellers are not allowed to register or sell on the platform.

However, the admin still has full flexibility to:

Create and manage multiple stores or outlets Operate stores across different locations (within the same city or in different cities) Manage inventory for each store (shared or separate, based on configuration)

So yes, a company can absolutely run multiple stores with similar inventory across various locations—just like a franchise model—but all stores will be owned and controlled centrally by the admin account.

Hi team , I am looking to buy it but I have query which seems important for me because I am not tech geek so I only know normal admin panel installation in which you just need to upload admin backend file to live server (in my case I used to have hostinger shared hosting) so I was checking your installation docs to make sure it doesn’t not have very hard installation process so I can buy it and I have seen that but you guys have only mentioned the process of installing admin on localhost or local computer not on live web hosting like hostinger and on Web installation on server section you have not mentioned any clear instructions you have just pasted the photo of installing- if you have this process like simply upload admin backend file on hosting and visit installation wizard directly then I can buy otherwise If I need to do follow all localhost , npm and manual installation and then upload on server then it would be hard for me to buy so please clarify your installation of admin panel on hostinger type web hosting so I can buy
