Hello, Thank you for your product. I’m strongly interested in purchasing it, but I’ve noticed several significant issues that must be addressed:
1. Data Plan Display & Logic
- What is the logic behind the default data plan pagination? * What sorting method is used by default? * What does “X plans available” on a single page actually mean? The phrasing is unclear and lacks context. demo picture: https://i.ibb.co/S40m5NX4/2026-04-01-020814.png
2. Sorting & Filtering Issues
- Why is there no option on the web version to sort by data plan size? This is one of the most common sorting methods used across similar platforms.
- In the mobile version, sorting by data size does not function properly.
- Selecting an “unlimited” plan on the web shows only one option, even when multiple options exist.
- Choosing filters such as data + SMS + calls does not appear to affect the displayed results.
3. Country Images
- When selecting a destination, a custom image is shown for each country. Where is the option to modify or upload these images?
- Why does the mobile app not use the same images, and instead displays the same Egypt-themed image for all countries?
4. Translation Issues
- The translation feature only partially translates the site.
- Country names are never translated, which must be included as a feature.
5. User Profile Bug
- In the mobile app, even when no user is logged in, the profile page displays a default email (user@gmail.com) and location (United States).
6. Authentication & Payment Problems
- Signing in or signing up on the web version does not work.
- Selecting a payment method in the mobile app results in an error: “currency not found.”
7. eSIM Packages & Sync
- eSIM Go packages do not appear to function.
- The last sync seems to have occurred two months ago.
I would appreciate clarification on these issues and information on when they are expected to be resolved.

1. The page show the esim packages available for the destination with a ref image. usually it show plans from low to high values.
2. There are several things which keeps on adding & are not available now. Also if something is not functional, we will look into that and if that presented or mentioned in the item description or demo, our support will ensure to make it work for you.
3. Currently it can be change from code but we are adding it in admin panel in upcoming update
4. We cannot add complete translation as there are too many language, we will keep adding them with every update. OR you can also add them after purchase.

Hello sir. Can I change the layout of the frontend of the site and the app and then still be able to update the backend version easily? Does this script comply with GDPR or its something is should do myself?
If you will modify any part of the code wether its backend or frontend then you should maintain git repo in order to maintain your version with new updates.
It is possible however it will require proper care as mentioned above. And we have minimal support for gdpr however you can add consent & export option for user to make it compliant.
