Where do I sell NFC cards ?There is no option to show the NFC created on landing page ?!
You can sell it subscribers only.
1) understand that, bit where do subscribers see the nfc for sale?
2) when adding the front image of the nfc card it doesn’t load
There Buy NFC option in menu bar for subscribers. Try another image and make sure there is no special character in image name. If still now working, create support request.

I have had to rebrand my platform and have created some hidden plans (because there isn’t a coupon or discount feature).
When someone registers for a hidden plan, when logged in they get the following message: Alert… You have been assigned a special plan by the administration that the user cannot see.
How can they pay for the plan if it isn’t visible?
Also, the plans shown display all platform features, but I am not offering Verification or Custom Domain.
How do I hide the feature lists or individual features?
Hi, It’s a hidden plan, which is why they can’t see it. You have to take payment manually if you want to handle it outside the system. This feature is created specifically for the administration, and users don’t have any role in it. You can hide platform features just like in other plans.

You can’t right now. We don’t have that type of feature yet.

So I already had experience of setting it up with the help of support and when I updated, an error occurred again. When I contacted support I was advised to purchase support again as it had expired and to contact them again. My question is whether I can fix the error myself if you send me the instructions? I know how to work with clear instructions. – If not, I am not willing to pay for this product as I am sure this error will occur in the future as well. I need to ask this so that there are no more problems in the future.
Hi, we have provided clear instructions for everything in the document. If you follow them properly, there will be no issues unless they occur on your server side. And yes, they may occur again, as is common in every IT technology. The error you mentioned is from the server side, not a script issue.

I have been trying to get support for the last 40 days, but no one is responding or resolving my issue. I still have 24 days left on my purchased support, yet the service has been extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, they keep sending irrelevant verification emails, all of which are in my inbox. I know they are receiving my emails, but it seems they are intentionally ignoring them.

First, please resolve this issue for clear communication. Check your spam/junk folder and whitelist our support email address, or ask your email provider to whitelist it. As a last option, you may consider using another email address for communication. We are receiving all of your emails, but you are not receiving ours.
Main point: Please send the domain URL and user credentials of the person facing the issue.
