There is no proper documentation explaining what each button or section does. The documentation is very short and feels like it was written in just 1–2 lines without enough detail. It would be much better if the documentation were more comprehensive and clearly explained all features.
Some features also do not work as expected. For example, in the redirect settings, it always redirects to a single URL. Even though there is an option to redirect to “My Account,” it doesn’t seem to function properly. Additionally, some basic features are locked behind paid add-ons — such as redirect customization ($9) and using a single login/signup form ($19), which should ideally be included in the core plugin.
The support is also not satisfactory. I emailed them regarding the issues I’m facing and even requested a quick 15-minute call, but there has been no response. There is no proper ticket tracking system either — just a basic form where you submit your query, with no visibility on its status.
I also expected proper guide videos or tutorials, but there are none. On top of that, asking users to share their WordPress admin login details is not professional. It’s not reasonable to expect users to provide such sensitive access just to set up a plugin.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with this plugin. I was looking for a smooth checkout and login solution, but instead, the experience has been frustrating. There is no proper documentation, no reliable support, and important features are unnecessarily locked behind paywalls.
I really wish I could get a refund.

We have all the options that we have mentioned in the catalogue. You can create custom user WordPress admin add new customer, it should be enabled from Digits settings. Our settings are very easy to understand. The bug that you are facing is isolated and it’s ‘due to some third party issue or conflict or a custom code.
We cannot diagnose your issue without getting the WordPress admin details, we only ask for it if we are not able to reproduce the bug on our end.

I have encountered an issue while using the Digits plugin with WooCommerce.
In Digits → WooCommerce Settings, when I disable the following two options:
1. Override WooCommerce billing phone number field 2. Autofill WooCommerce billing fields with user info
the WooCommerce checkout page starts showing a generic “Error” notice at the top of the page, even though there is no visible validation issue with the form.
- Steps to Reproduce
1. Install and activate Digits plugin. 2. Go to Digits → WooCommerce Settings. 3. Disable: 4. Visit the WooCommerce checkout page.
- Override WooCommerce billing phone number field
- Autofill WooCommerce billing fields with user info
- Actual Result
A WooCommerce notice appears at the top saying simply:
“Error”
No specific validation message is displayed.
- Expected Result
Checkout should load normally without any error notice when these options are disabled.

It seems that when both options are disabled, Digits may still be hooking into WooCommerce checkout validation but not properly handling the billing phone field, resulting in the generic error notice.
Could you please check if this is a bug in the WooCommerce integration?

If you want to setup order notifications, user account related notifications, or newsletter then go with WPNotif. If you want to add passwordless, OTP login, 2FA, phone verification in checkout in WC, then go with Digits.

Hello, I am using Dokan plugin for my marketplace project. There are Vendor and Customer type user accounts in my database. Before install Digits plugin, Porto wordpress theme default login system was using. When a customer login they redirect to default dashboard (url: https://paikareebazaar.com/dashboard/ ) and when a vendor login, they was redirected to Vendor dashboard (url: https://paikareebazaar.com/dashboard/?path=%2Fanalytics%2FOverview).
After Digits Plugin install, all users (both vendor and customer) are redirected to url https://paikareebazaar.com/?redirect_to . In the digit plugin settings page, i leave blank on redirect to field.
I raised this issue in ticket without luck. Can you please give me a solution of this issue?

I am using the Digits plugin with the MessageBird WhatsApp API on my WordPress site. I am facing a critical issue with the new WhatsApp “Authentication” category templates.
The Problem:
1. When I use a template under the Authentication category (which now requires buttons like “Copy Code” as per Meta’s new policy), the message fails to deliver.
2. The Gateway Response shows an error: “Error code: 131008 – Required parameter is missing”.
3. It seems the plugin is not sending the required button component parameters that Meta now mandates for Authentication templates.
To troubleshoot this, I created a Utility template for OTP. Although Meta automatically reclassifies it as Marketing (which significantly increases my per-message cost), it is working perfectly. This confirms that the connection is active. However, Authentication category templates still fail with Error 131008, likely because the plugin is not sending the mandatory button parameters required by Meta’s latest Authentication API.
We have fixed the issue, please update the plugin to latest version

So far this has been a garbage application. Can’t get it to do the one thing it’s supposed to, Phone OTP. Trying MiniOrange.
And they don’t do refunds when you discover it doesn’t work
What issue are you facing in phone OTP? What’s your ticket number? We don’t even see purchased on the comment, how can you ask for refund without even purchasing it?

It seems to be a bug related to your site, we cannot reproduce this at our end. That’s the only reason our team must have asked you for the admin account. Please provide us with it so we can resolve the issue at soon as possible. We only need access to Digits setting page so we can check the issue.
