After reviewing the reported links, the phishing content is being served from the `/public/storage` directory. This directory is meant for user-uploaded files and should not execute PHP scripts under normal secure server configuration.
This indicates that your server has likely been compromised or misconfigured, allowing malicious files to be uploaded and executed. This is not related to the application code itself.
We recommend:
- Removing all suspicious files from `/public/storage`
- Disabling PHP execution in the storage directory
- Checking file upload restrictions
- Running a full malware scan on your server
- Contacting your hosting provider to secure the environment
If you face any issue related to the application code, we’ll be happy to assist. However, this falls under server security and hosting configuration.

Hi Hello. I just downloaded Taskify SaaS. Install and everything went smoothly. BUt when I try to upload images like my logo etc it says successfully uploaded but the images are missing and the image files broken. The only thing in the Laravel log is: WARNING: Potential SQL Injection Detected: Not) A;Brand
Same thing when I try to edit my mail settings. It says I didn’t enter a password when I did. The parable log has the same sql error message for the email password field.
There is no way to contact support. The Skype link in the documentation for support is broken.

1. The site can be hosted on any shared hosting environment that meets the following minimum system requirements: Web Server: Apache or Nginx CPU: At least 1–2 CPU cores RAM: 1 GB Disk Space: 10–20 GB

Hello, I’m planning to host the SaaS web app on a subdomain (e.g., app.sitename.com) while leaving the root domain on WordPress. Does the multi-tenancy architecture support nested subdomains (e.g., tenant.app.sitename.com), or is the routing logic restricted to first-level subdomains?

Currently, the SaaS system does not support multi-tenancy using subdomains like company.app.sitename.com or company.taskify-saas.com.
The application runs on a single domain setup (for example: app.sitename.com or taskify-saas.com), and tenancy is handled internally using:
Subscription plans
Company/organization records
Role & permission management
All companies and users log in through the same main domain. Data isolation is managed at the database level (via company/organization scoping), not through subdomain-based routing.
So yes — you can safely host the SaaS app on app.sitename.com while keeping the root domain on WordPress. The system does not depend on nested or first-level subdomain routing.

Hello, when trying to add a user from the admin account, it says the email settings are not correct. However, the emails are set up with TLS, and the forgot password option is working through emails.

There are some broken images. They are smaller images. On the top right of the window to the right of my username. There are a couple other small images at the bottom of the popup windows that are broken also.
Also, it is not allowing the banner images to be updated.
It was a cache issue. Fixed

There are two sections where the image does not seem to change. The very main banner image on the top where the two images are floating.
1. The main image with the Taskify logo does not change. I have updated every image in the system. Most of them have updated. These do not change.
2. Just below this there is a slider with images. I can update the text content for these images. There does not appear to be a way to update these images.
3. Just below the About Us section there is another set of sliders. The first one has the Taskify image. It is not updating. The other three are updating to the images i have uploaded.

1. Could you please confirm whether the storage symlink is enabled and working correctly? If the symlink is not properly linked, the images will not update. Also, please try clearing the cache using the Profile Menu → Clear Cache option.
2. The slider images are static and need to be updated manually.
3. Please clear the cache and then try uploading the images again to check if the issue is resolved.

Good afternoon, I am installing the SaaS version of Taskify 2.0.3, and when I enter the database connection details, I get a CSRF token error. I have tried using different browsers (Chrome and Edge) and also in incognito mode.
In case it helps, the console returns the following error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 419 (unknown status).”

This error message says that the Symlink function is disabled from your PHP, please unable the Symlink function from your PHP by removing it from the disabled functions list in the php.ini file.
