If one or multiple ZKTeco K40 Pro devices integrated with the Biometric Module for Worksuite SaaS CRM.
Please confirm the following:
- Does the module use ZKTeco real-time Push SDK, or is it pull/polling-based?
- If the server IP or internet connection goes offline and users continue marking attendance, will the device automatically sync and push all stored logs once connectivity is restored?
- Is any manual synchronization required after reconnection, or is the retry process fully automatic?

I just want to confirm point #2 more clearly:
If the device was offline and attendance logs were stored locally, will the device automatically push all stored records to the server once it comes back online?
Or is any manual trigger, cron job, or admin action required to resend those stored logs?
It does push the records to worksuite when biometric device becomes online.

No. It will only and only work for ZKTECO company devices

What do you mean “can i add” . I already denied above that it will only and only work for ZKTECO

hey ajay138, i have purchased the worksuite saas crm and biometric saas bundle module recently i have followed all the documentation for both, i can’t able to integration the biometric module in the saas crm, but it is installed in the super admin worksuite saas version is 5.4.92 and biometric version is 1.0.04 please clarify the issue that i have followed each and every step. has per the video of installation it should display biometric and sidebar after module installation but it wasn’t..
Make sure you have added biometric to package. Superadmin packages

Kindly clear two doubts.
1. How devices communicated to the CRM system? Does ZkTeco Devices must connected to internet thru SIM / WIFI / LAN to GET & POST data?
2- If 1000 employees were already added in CRM system, how the device will identify each employee? Do we need to register thumb/face impression of 1000 employees one by one and assign to each employee in CRM?

1. Internet over wifi or lan. You have to enter your app url to zkteco
2. You need to map user id with employee id of employee id of application
2-That means we need to record biometric of each employee first then we map with employee id? any video?
There is option to push employees to device.

Is module work on multi biometric devices. Mean if there is more than 1 biometric device in office how that’s work.

Note: Please note that the Biometric Module is not a standalone product and is only compatible with Worksuite SAASCRM version 5.5.11 or newer.
But the current version is just 5.4.9??
