Amazon has confirmed that the existing PA-API v5 endpoint will be retired on May 15, 2026. After that date, all product requests through the old endpoint will stop working. The replacement is the new Creators API

Thanks for the quick response.
I was initially working on an old version of the plugin, but I now have the correct one loaded. I enter my purchase code and I get “Valid license! Click Activate to continue.”
I click the Activate button but the page then refreshes, the purchase code disappears and it again asks me for my purchase code.
II no longer have active support and the cost of support or a new product licence has increase by 600 percent.
Will I be given any support on the product now?

Hi, with your plugin is it currently possible to create product posts for a custom post type, or only for the post_type=product used by WooCommerce? If not, do you have plans to allow this functionality?
I’m asking because I want to add a list of Amazon offer products to my site, but I don’t want to install WooCommerce just for a simple listing, since it’s a heavy plugin and, as I won’t be using checkout features, it doesn’t make sense for me. Instead, I have a simple post type just to register products (name, description, photos, affiliate link, ‘was’ and current prices, etc.), and I display the listing with a custom template.

hi, this decodo problem is still there with your latest version.. can you turn off your other 2 scrapers and just enable decodo in settings and then try to import this product: https://amazon.com/dp/B0F569Z683 at my end it still shows $0 price and out of stock. Make sure to first delete that product since you already imported it in your demo store then disable 2 scrapers and only enable decodo and try to import. At my end doesnt work. Your other scrapers are importing the product because of priority feature but if i disable those 2 scrapers and only turn on decodo its not importing the product successfully.

HI my support licecnse is now over.. I just upgraded to your version 11 and its giving all errors for many product urls using Decodo scraper or scraper API. Try this product: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KXH7V7P also when using decodo its making all products out of stock and not getting the pricing… i dont see any improvements in data quality that is being imported with version 11 after so much waiting time for months things remain the same.

Related to decodo, you can test after updating version 11.0.1, and if it is still there, you will be welcome to report to us again, but the issues we solved now are not related to decodo; it is related to a bug in the importer.

It has a prioritization mechanism that you need to save in settings.

ok another thing i asked last time is to remove that 50 url limit in that upload by url form.. earlier there was no limit.. or atleast make it 500 or 1000.

for the decodo scraper when i sign up for their trial they ask me to choose between core and advanced plan.. which one did you choose? Only the advanced plan has all that javascript/html rendering features.
Core….and all you need is to copy the api key and save it; this is only for accessing the Amazon link; all other importer logic is done only by our plugin.

I tested the demo import and managed to bring in some products. However, only the title and description were imported — no images, prices, or other details came through.

My support has expired, but I have installed an update and it looks like the plugin has caused the currency to be changed from £ to $.
When the plugin is removed the correct £ currency symbol is displayed.
As this does not appear to be an issue with my installation but the actual plugin can the development team please issue a fix as soon as possible as my sites are now useless for the customers in my country.
Still love the plugin but need this to be fixed!

First of all, nice update! When testing with the new version I get this message:
Store Mismatch: Your API credentials are not authorized for the selected Amazon store.
Test Results: Your credentials are valid but not approved for ES (Spain (Amazon.es)).
Note: The API returned a rate limiting error, which typically indicates the credentials are not authorized for this marketplace. ....
It seems to me a false positive because the credentials are ok and my store is for Spain. Could you please check?

You can use it as dropshipping, but the order is not sent to amazon, it is local on your site using the WooCommerce checkout process.

You can install the plugin only in one domain.
It supports any WooCommerce theme that is built according to WooCommerce documentation.
