I am having issue sedning msg to groups

i select some groups to send the message, when i send it gives an error of Status Fail, Reason: Timeout or cancelled

Could you kindly help me to fix this

This error is usually caused by sending large attachments or unstable connection.

Please try:

Do not send large files (test with text only first) Reduce sending speed (increase delay) Send to fewer groups at once

If still not working, please send a screenshot and your settings.

Hello, since using one account makes the account banned, can I set the filter to auto switch between the three accounts every 500 filters so that two gets rest while the other filters also, for bulk SMS can it do the same

At the moment, account switching needs to be done manually. So for both Smart Filter and bulk sending, the software does not support automatic switching between multiple accounts

To ensure your text is delivered correctly, please place your caption content directly into the message content field instead of relying on the image caption field.
