Hi, Line Codes In SAAS Super Admin Section: Pls include create/edit ticket options on behalf of clients which is useful when you receive support request through email or customer support/ over call or any other means If client not able to register themselves. Superadmin or team can create a request on their behalf.

Also, can we register a user as a partner with new role permissions and allow him to only see his warehouse data only. However, the Admin can place orders or see products from all warehouses. Is this doable on the current system?? [Question not about SAAS but just asking here]. I could not figure out myself. Thanks
it is already there. a user assigned to a warehouse can see only his warehouse data and admin has access to all warehouses

Hi Lincoders, I purchased the script SalePro POS (without SAAS) currently. Should I install it on example: app.domain.com and later planning to purchase the SAAS based on experiecne. Is it correct way so that
(1) the main domain.com will host the e- commerce page
(2) subdomains will be assigned to clients
(3) saas.domain.com may be assigned to saas landing page etc..
What is your recommendation this will be useful for others too. Thanks

i checked it everything is ok but how will i get the cpanel api i am using aapanel on my vps server.
Requirement
cPanel / Plesk based Shared hosting will do, but Plesk is not recommended. We need cPanel API / Plesk API to create a database automatically for the tenant/client.
if you have VPS, you won’t need cpanel/plesk API
still the sperate database creation for tenets will work ?
in VPS, you have mysql root access (make sure you have that). So, you don’t need cpanel/plesk api
