You did not read the docs carefully otherwise you would know that you can also try to create a new WP admin, then login with its email and password.
Also, resetting the password via DB is pretty simple.

I updated the plugin and my chat bubble disappeared from my site. I purchased a new license and still no luck. Support won’t help either. They are just a chat bot, even though you pay for support, you won’t get any. I eventually downgraded the plugin to the older version and the chatbot appeared again, but Ai doesn’t work. So I purchased a new Ai license and it still doesn’t work. And they won’t give any refunds when stuff doesn’t work.

My Wordpress was running a very low PHP version 7.4.2, I tried to upgrade my Wordpress to the latest 6.9, the PHP version is 8.4, then, I cloned and restored all website data. All other plugins are working properly. But when I tried to activate SupportBoard, the whole website crashed. I tried for multiple times, if I deactivate it, the website is back to normal. From debug log, it says” PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type SBError as array in supportboard/include/functions.php on line 907“ Much appreciate if you can roughly check it. Yes, there is some cache providing old css files, maybe your browser ( try from private window) or cdn or proxies like cloud flare, also your hosting may have cache without you realising it
I tried by cleaning my brower’s cache, by incognito mode, by proxy,by creating a new customer’s account and none of them worked.
I have a dedicated server.I will check server’s redis and message you back.
By the way, your plugin cannot work with Litespeed Cache since the first install,that’s why I deactivated the Litespeed.
