Hi Team , Great Product script , i am looking to buy this script but before i have pre-sales question which is important for me to clarify on this – 1. I want only Multivendor Grocery and Food Delivery system like Zomato and Blinkit but issue is this that your app looks more Groceries oriented like blinkit not that oriented to food delivery so just want to know can we list food product or can restaurant can list their food item here like same in zomato or its only for groceries but in demo app there is no food item – only grocery is there so is it possible to operate it like Food and grocery both in one like Zomato and Blinkt because my requirement is that the both food and groceries model should be there – and if its all possible then tell me how to do that and how to operate both business model

Yes, it is absolutely possible to use the system for both grocery and food delivery. Restaurants can list their food items just like grocery products, and you can operate it in a similar way to platforms like Zomato along with quick commerce (Blinkit-style).

You can manage both business models in one system by:

  • Creating separate stores (restaurants or grocery vendors)
  • Adding food items as products for restaurant vendors
  • Managing categories (e.g., Food, Grocery, etc.) from the admin panel

So, you can run food + grocery together in a single platform without any issues.

I am facing an issue with the following product:

Hyperlocal – Multivendor eCommerce, Grocery, Food, Pharmacy Flutter Delivery App – Admin & Website

Customer App Issues:

After an order is delivered, when the user provides a rating and review, the mobile app does not refresh. The “Rate Order” button is still visible even after submitting the review.

Additionally, I noticed that a key feature is missing — the option to reorder the same order (based on previous order ID and items). It seems this functionality has been overlooked.

The most critical issue is the rating/review not refreshing properly after submission.

Please look into this and provide a resolution.

Regarding the Rate & Review issue, the “Rate Order” button is intentionally not removed after submitting a review. This is because we provide a review update feature, allowing customers to modify or update their ratings and feedback at any time. Even after restarting the app, the button will remain visible for this purpose.

As for the reorder functionality, you are absolutely right. This feature is currently under development, and we are actively working on it. It will be included in our next update.

Currently, this feature is not available. At the moment, we support instant delivery only. However, we may consider adding scheduled delivery (1–7 days) in future updates.

I purchased code and then deployed on local environment, i.e. 127.0.0.1 but now I’m trying to deploye on live environment and the script is saying

License Error: This purchase code is purhcased by some other Domain URL, please contact Admin for help.

Yes sir, this error appears because the purchase code can only be validated with one domain at a time**. If it was previously activated on 127.0.0.1 (local environment), it will show a license error when you try to use it on a live domain.

We recommend activating the script directly on the live server.

I am facing an issue with Google address autocomplete and suggestions.

In the Delivery Zone section, the address autocomplete and location suggestions are not working when trying to search a location.

In Web Settings, the address autocomplete field is also not working.

The map loads, but the address suggestion / autocomplete does not appear when typing.

Hello is there any way to truncate all tables except important tables ?

Hello,

There is no direct option to truncate all tables except specific ones. You would need to do it manually from the database.

However, it is not recommended because it may cause errors due to foreign key relationships between tables.

by using this application, can we able to do business in 2 different countries? with different payment gateway, pricing, products, currency, shipping charges must be separate for each country?

Currently, the application does not support full multi-country operations because multi-currency functionality is not available. However, shipping charges, pricing, and product availability can be configured based on delivery zones. This allows limited use across different regions, but separate currencies and payment gateways for different countries are not supported in the current system.
