Hoping to buy soon as I am currently exploring with the Free version. Do you have plans to include the GHS in the product currency? I was testing the free version and realized GHS was missing among the list. I don’t know if it’s included in the Paid version but I wanted to be sure before I buy. My Temu location and currency was set to Ghana and GHS respectively and I was trying to import and it kept failing until I switched my Temu currency from GHS to United States (USD). But it would be great to import products from the Ghana (GHS) shop.

hello, I bought this item and am having trouble with it not allowing me to create new products outside of the plugin, If I try and save a new product it just goes to the posts screen. additionaly when I try and replace or change a product image in an imported product, after clicking save it does not change the image. I want to quickly swap out product images for many and im struggling for 2 days with editing seems to be blocked or something. can you please explain
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling with this for the past few days. Just to clarify, TMDS is specifically designed to import products from Temu to WooCommerce. It doesn’t currently support creating independent products or bulk editing existing Woo products. Actually everything is working great now, it is a very good plugin.
I also got your aliexpress plugin but haven’t started on it yet. can you tell me, do they play nice together? and do you have a package for your addons , would be expensive to buy all that I am interested in individually?
No worries, TMDS and ALD work perfectly together, so you can definitely use both on your site at the same time
I bought the plugin and when I try to access the settings, I get a 503 Service Unavailable error. Please help me solve the problem.
This issue may be caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin/your theme, or server configuration limits. is there a way for manual mass sync ? not individual sync

At the moment, there is no option for manual mass sync (only individual sync is available). This feature is already on our plugin roadmap, but we’re not able to implement it right now or include it in the next update.

Please you need to fix these message the setting is displaying its mandatory, if you wont then i will request for my refund, first I will inform Codecayon so that when you refused, I will fall back on them to get my money back please how are you going to fix the issue if possible

The message “Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request” is a server-level error. It usually relates to hosting resources, caching, firewall rules, or temporary server downtime, rather than a mandatory setting inside a plugin itself.
You can run a conflict test by disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme to confirm if the root cause is our plugin.

Thank you for your interest. But I’m afraid the feature you need isn’t available right now, the plugin doesn’t have automatic stock or price synchronization. Only manual sync is available at the moment

That message isn’t caused by our plugin. It usually appears when the server’s PHP worker or hosting environment runs into a temporary issue. Please try again in a bit, or check with your hosting provider if it keeps happening, they can see exactly what failed on the server side.

i feel displeased with this plugin and the false claims set out by you guys.. it was clearly stated that this plugin imports reviews from temu with pictures and videos, even has it on the settings, but when i import products it doesnt import reviews and one of your customer care agent sent me a mail saying it doesnt import reviews. why put false claims on what it doesn’t do? please i need a refund in all the purchases i made for the plugins set from villatheme, because i do not trust you guys anymore. please refund me
if your plugin can’t import the reviews as advertised then the later has to be done immediately.
You’re absolutely right, and I’m really sorry for the incorrect information you received earlier, that was my mistake. The plugin does include the review-import feature, so if reviews aren’t importing on your site, that means something isn’t working as expected.

We haven’t officially tested our plugins with the full Crocoblock suite. The best way is to install our free versions first and check if everything works smoothly on your setup. If you notice any issues, just let me know.
For a normal dropshipping store, you only need the regular license, no need for an extended one.
The recommended plugins for Temu aren’t required. They’re only suggestions, not mandatory.
Our variation swatches plugin hasn’t been tested with Crocoblock either, so please try the free version first to see if it fits well with your setup.

Hello, please can you add to you plugin automatic sync stock and price from temu from for CRON, or something like this? When my store will have 100+ product and all must manualy sync ats useless and automatic will be beter for stock and price, what its very important for customers, becouse its prevent to buy out of stock product or overpriced. At the moment, our plugin doesn’t support automatic syncing from Temu via CRON. However, I’ll pass your request to our development team so they can review the possibility of adding this feature in a future update.
In the meantime, the current manual sync option ensures accuracy, but I agree that automation would be more efficient for stores with many products.
