How easy do you think it would be to add another language? I want Spanish and English.
We already have Spanish and English available in the system. If you would like to add another language, please follow these steps:
First, open the file located at app/Models/User.php. In the LANGUAGES constant, add a new entry with the language code and name. For example: ‘nl’ => ‘New Language Name’.
Next, in the same file, locate the LANGUAGES_IMAGE constant and add the corresponding entry for the new language code along with the path to the language image. For example: ‘nl’ => ‘path/to/image.png’.
After that, go to the lang directory in your project and create a new folder named with your language code (for example, nl).
Then, copy all the files from the existing en folder and paste them into your newly created nl folder.
Finally, open each file inside the new language folder and update the values with translations in your language.

1. Does it support patient queue where doctor can know number of patient he has on the queue
2. How does it work when patient who book an appointment online visit the clinic
3. Does the system have direct communication from reception to consultant. – I am asking that in a situation where it’s a small clinic with just one consultant and a nurse in the reception.
I would appreciate answer to these questions.
1. Currently, we do not support a patient queue feature that allows doctors to view the number of patients in line.
2. Patients who book an appointment online can either visit the clinic in person at the scheduled time or also offer online appointment support, allowing patients to have Live Consultations with the doctor.
3. No, we don’t have a direct communication feature between the reception and the consultant.
Do you have option telegram notification for staff and customers ?
Currently, we do not have an option to send notifications via Telegram to staff or customers.

You can find your doctor reviews in the admin panel, located under the Front CMS menu. If a doctor has permission to manage that module, they can also view reviews for all doctors.

For LEGAL reasons I need to give Doctors access for their patients management but one doctor CAN NOT see the list of other Doctors patients. Is it possible to control that? I now I can add patient management to Doctors but if I do that, all doctors can see the list of all patients and this is ilegal here.
Currently, it’s not possible because patients aren’t assigned to specific doctors. All doctors would see the full list.
