You should not need to reskin it at all.
There was an issue issue with demo APK, can you try redownloading it?
what s the extended license for ? can’t we use payment on the regular one? and do u offer a bundle if we buy both app and web ?
Regular license has only test/sandbox mode for payment gateways, you need extended license in order to use live mode.
We don’t have a bundle for both web version and app currently.
Why am I unable to log in to the demo app? But I can log in using the same login credentials in the browser.

When i try to build the app i’m getting following error:

Yes, you can change the name/logo and publish to the store.
App and web version are linked automatically, you don’t need to do anything extra for this.
