Some Twilio templates for using the WhatsApp API are either incomplete or missing. Would it be possible to fix them? Also, could you please add ZeptoMail for receiving notifications?

Hello Developer, I wanted to know about the WhatsApp API functionality in the SMS Module for Worksuite SAAS.

Specifically: or is the WhatsApp integration managed globally by the Superadmin, where all outgoing messages are sent using the Superadmin’s API key only?

Does each client (tenant/user) get the option to integrate their own separate WhatsApp API (like Aisensy, Gupshup, Meta, etc.),

We are planning to offer WhatsApp automation to multiple school clients, so multi-tenant API configuration is critical.

Kindly clarify this.

You should add CUSTOM POST / GET API configuration for SMS such that every other SMS Provider with POST / GET API can be integrated. Currently limiting it to just a few providers is not pleasant most Systems that has SMS Integration open it up by providing option to integrate other providers API through POST / GET configurations.

We already have Webhook Module. Using that you can send post and get request

Your webhook implementation isn’t the best please make permissions for it such that each employee can set their own webhooks post / get request such that triggers relating to them only would send the notifications.

Currently, when an employee sets a webhook for example Task, every other employee’s task triggers the webhook, giving notifications about every other person which is against privacy.

To make the webhook useable in this case, add roles and permissions so that Employee can configure for Added, Owned, Added and Owned.

Set Notification Settings for SAA Super Admin is a tall list of settings with repeated checkboxes, this is a general issue please check and fix

This module only sends specified sms to customers based on invoice , ticket etc

Whats app message is implemented via twillio so it is chargeble you need to pay for the module itself and sms package also.

This module only work with Worksuite SAAS Only.

Hi, this module needs serious updating with ability to set sms alerts for all of the script transaction actions(invoices, contracts m, etc)

The features with images are not display in other language, only in English

About SMS Notification: Currently Payment/Invoice reminder notification send to Email/SMS/WA. In email have link where user can click that link and check directly Invoice/Quotation. But In SMS/WA there is no link to check Invoice/Quotation. Can be possible to add link in SMS/WA.

About Email/SMS Notification UI: Is there any plan to edit the message according to Client wish. Does any plan to provide UI for Edit Email/SMS notification message.

Think about for seconds, Assume your are customer and you purchase some module from vendor and that module not working? What you are going to take action? What you feel if vendor not providing good material.

If SMS module not working and you are not giving Releasee date, then return the money which we paid it for SMS module.

I must express that there seems to be confusion as we checked yesterday, and the module did not show any update version. I’m unsure why not your team member conveyed that the SMS new update was released.

Please share the list of Notification message on (Tickets-40236) as required for Twillio WhatsApp template. Its mandatory to approve it from META.

This SMS module have some issues, one ticket is going on #40236, we have shared some scearions with screenshot. we tested some scenario’s there are issues, Its confirm that, Testing is not done properly. Request you kindly look into this. Regards

Only predefined notification related messages will be sent not the custom messages.

can companies use their own accounts?
